Notes on prices
Bank holidays are charged at peak rate. The Securtiy/breakages deposit and any balance owing to be paid at least 5 weeks before the date of your arrival at the property. We have a responsible energy use policy at Riverside. 20 per apartment per week of Electricity is free to Guests

Changeover day
Arrival time is 2.30pm on day of arrival. Departure time is 10am on day of departure.

Booking notes
60 deposit secures booking. Balance to be paid 5 weeks prior to the booking. There is also a 75 security bond which will be refunded on the return of the keys and confirmation that there has been no damage. 10% payment given to previous guests who recommend our property to others which results in a booking. We also advertise our properties with welcome cottages. Bookings for Bank Holiday periods will be for 7 day duration as a minimum. The deposit to secure a booking is non-refundable.

4 minutes walk from the beach. Pubs, Restaurants and shops are 2 mins walk away.

There are numerous golf courses in the area - including the renowned links course at Saunton Sands.

Special Interest Holidays
Daily boat trips from Ilfracombe to Lundy Island, to see dolphins, puffins, seals and sharks. The National Trust Attractions at Heddon Valley and Arlington Court and the National Trust Carriage Museum are 20 mins drive away.

Distances
Outside Combe Martin is the Dinosaur and Wildlife Park and also Watermouth Castle. There are the sandy beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde Bay, approximately 10 miles away. The very popular town of Ilfracombe which is 5 miles away. An easy drive to the beautiful seaside towns at Lynton and Lynmouth.

Further Details
Free WIFI. Located in a village with all pubs, bakery, chemist and novelty shops and restaurants. There is some great walking available locally so the car doesn't have to move.

I have a caretaker/cleaner living in the village who is happy to change bedding and clean whilst guests are still staying at the property at a cost of 15 for the three bedroom property and 10 for the one bedroom property.

We had a lovely time at your flat last week, it was everything we needed and more. Clean and well equipped,well situated and just as described. The village was very pretty and were so pleasantly surprised that we had accidentally booked to go during Carnival week!
