The North Cornwall resort town of Bude is 3 miles and there can be found an extensive range of shopping, sporting and recreation facilities including an 18 hole golf course, sandy surfing beaches, ten-pin bowls and excellent restaurants and pubs. Cliff and forest walks are plentiful. The nearest beaches of Sandymouth and Duckpool are approximately one mile. The property is in excellent condition, well appointed with modern day-to-day requirements including TVs, DVDs, washing machine, dishwasher and central heating. The property is normally let Saturday to Saturday, particularly during high season but short term breaks and shorter periods are welcome out of high season.

Accessibility
Wheelchair access. One double bedroom/en-suite and WC downstairs - all on the level, opening on to level lawn.
Outside
Heated indoor pool and viewing gallery. Pool dimensions 26x15' - 3'6" at shallow end and 6' at deep end.Also sauna for 6 and games room in adjacent barn.
Lawn area is ideal for sunbathing and outdoor eating. 2 picnic tables provided together with further benches and seats. BBQ to hand. OK for croquet, badminton, but not for football.
Coast/Beach
Surfing beaches are found locally and most beaches are supervised by RNLI lifeguards and beaches qualify a blue flag status.
Golf
The area is well served with golf courses: Bude, Holsworthy, Launceston and several others. 9 hole and driving range within 2 miles.
Special interest holidays
Other activities include surfing on the sandy beaches, windsurfing on the Tamar lakes, the Tamar Otter sanctuary, some of the finest fishing in the West Country from freshwater to sea fishing. Sea trips are plentiful and sightseeing with well-known destinations such as the Eden Project, Padstow, Port Isaac, Boscastle, St Michael's Mount, Plymouth and the country of Drake. Theme Parks in abundance with Milky Way at Woolsery and The Big Sheep at Bideford.
Booking notes
The occupation is subject to terms and conditions and a 30% deposit is required in order to reserve the booking and the balance, together with a £200 security deposit, is required 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.
Payment normally by cheque, payable to Mr D Braund, and the security deposit being returned within 10 days following the holiday subject to terms.
