A comfortable, well furnished Victorian family home sleeping six, in one of Southwold's prime residential roads. The beach is just round the corner. The famous lighthouse and Sole Bay Inn are at the end of the road. Shops and market square just a few minutes' stroll away. Non-smokers only and, sorry, no pets.

Linen: Duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own duvet covers, bottom sheets, pillowcases and towels. Cleaning: We always inspect thoroughly between lets but we ask guests to leave the house clean and tidy on departure.

Notes on accommodation
Appliances are not guaranteed in the event of breakdown but every effort will be made to remedy faults as quickly as possible. In winter, guests are welcome to use the open fire in the living room.

Further details
Southwold is a good shopping centre with two small supermarkets, delicatessens, butcher, baker etc. There are antique shops and art and craft galleries. There are several good pubs serving Adnams Ales - one, the Sole Bay Inn is at the end of the road opposite the brewery itself. Restaurants in town include the Swan Hotel, The Crown, Coasters, The Blue Lighthouse, Sutherland House, The Blyth Hotel. The tourist office is in the high street.
