Bedroom 2 with king size bed, antique pine furniture, overlooking garden.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds plus single bed with pull out single bed.
Bathrooms: Large bathroom with corner bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and WC. Heated towel-rail and extensive mirrors.
Kitchen: Large kitchen with dining area overlooking enclosed garden. Solid fuel heating (included) from Rayburn stove. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, radio/CD player.
Utility Room: Area at bottom of stairs includes ironing board, highchair, boot-rack, vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment. Tumble dryer in garage.
Living Rooms: Lovely sitting room with multi fuel stove (logs supplied), ideal for those cosy evenings in. TV, DVD, extensive collection of books, magazines and games. Wired/wireless broadband.
Other: Additional dining room (there is ample dining space in the kitchen) provides separate private space with exposed original wooden ceiling throughout.

All bed linen is included, but we do request that guests bring their own towels.

 

Notes on accommodation
One well behaved pet welcome - additional charge £18. Non smoking. Central heating uses a solid fuel Rayburn boiler. Logs are supplied all year but solid fuel is not supplied during the summer months.

£100 or 25% non-refundable deposit secures all booking. £50 bond requested to cover any significant breakages. This is increased to £100 for large parties or Christmas and New bookings.
