Travel
City airport is some 15 minutes away by train - DLR or road and Heathrow is a 45 minute tube journey away. (District Line from Tower Hill to Acton Town, step across the platform and catch the Piccadilly line to Heathrow). It is by far the easiest route into the city centre from Heathrow. Local transport links include DLR and British Rail stations 3 minutes walk away and nearby Tower Bridge for access to the south and the A13 for those travelling by road to the east and north, then onto the M25.

A day pass can be bought on the The Thames river boat which means you can travel to many of the tourist sites by river. Greenwich, Chelsea Harbour and it is a great way to get an alternative city centre sight seeing tour. From Tower Bridge a 5 minute walk from the apartment you can walk into the city centre on the south side, pass many tourist sights, HMS Belfast, The Globe, London Dungeons, Haymarket, and stop for lunch at The Founders Arms a gastro bar by the riverside.

Booking notes
Security deposit required is 25% deposit on booking. The balance to be paid 12 weeks before arrival. A £200 Damage Security Deposit is required with the final payment. Please Note that the Damage Security Deposit will be refunded on the day of your departure or within 14 days of your departure if same day is not possible, providing no damage has occurred.
