Rosalia Cottage has two bedrooms and sleeps up to 5 people. Situated in the charming village of Wellswood, on the outskirts of Torquay in a pretty location, close to many beaches. Our holiday cottage has been tastefully modernised and fully equipped to provide you with a comfortable holiday home. Though in a peaceful mews road and conservation area, Rosalia is only half minute walk from local shops and 5 minutes from many beaches and secluded coves. The nearest cove is Anstey's Cove, quarter mile away; an enchanting, sheltered, shingle and rock beach, which was once a smuggler's haven. Alternatively, a wooded walk for half mile brings you to Meadfoot Beach which is the nearest sandy beach and perfect for families. The locality includes designated heritage sights and the nearby heritage coast is served by many footpaths. A short stroll down the road will lead you past many wonderful restaurants, which includes an Italian and a French restaurant as well as a delicious bakery and cafe.

Changeover day
Changeover day during high season is Saturday but we are flexible during low season.

Our cottage is around 3-4 hour drive from London.
Distances
There are lovely shops, restaurants, a good pub all with a minutes walk of the cottage, but clothes shopping in the main shopping centre of Torquay is just 1 mile away. Paignton and Teignmouth are 4 and 6 miles away.
Further details
The cottage is just around the corner from Kents Cavern, which acts as a useful landmark.
