The well known Lake District visitor centre at Brockhole is just a 5 minute car drive away, as is Fell Foot park with lake cruises across to Lakeside available. At Lakeside you can visit the Aquarium and steam Railway.
The location of this immaculate house is most suitable for people wanting to enjoy the Lake District and all it has to offer, from walking and exploring to relaxing.

I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that my family and I had a wonderful weekend at Blencathra. After a long drive to the Lakes, what a nice surprise to find a bootle of White on the kitchen table!
Its a fantastic property, the decor is beautiful and with elderly relatives and young children the location from Bowness is perfect.
We would certainly come back.
