The house shares a quiet position with four other properties surrounded by the golf course and open fields. The first floor is mainly open plan to take advantage of the views and includes a large balcony overlooking the sea. The front garden has a circular patio next to the golf course whilst the rear garden is mostly laid to lawn with views over open fields. The house has been furnished to a high standard and has a number of luxury features. Changeover day is Friday. Arrival after 15.30. Departure by 12.00.

Outside
The front gardens provide stunning coastal views and include a circular patio adjacent to the golf course. There is a private gate to the golf course and a drive for at least three cars. The rear garden is mostly laid to lawn with a patio that has a wooden table and four chairs.
Coast/Beach
The wide expanses of Porthkidney Sands can be accessed on foot across the golf course and railway line. There is limited vehicular access to this beach and hence it is very quite even in the height of summer. The water is very clear and good for swimming, para surfing etc. Hayle Sands, Carbis Bay and the beaches of St.Ives are within 5km.
Golf
West Cornwall Golf Course is adjacent to the property with its wonderful views of the sea and the Hayle estuary.
Travel
A car is recommended. Best route, M5 to Exeter, A30 West, take St.Ives exit and follow signs to St.Ives. Go straight ahead at the next roundabout then take the second exit at next roundabout towards St.Ives. You are entering Lelant. Turn right after the Badger Inn signposted Golf Links. Follow the road past the golf course and take the next right. Enjoy the view! then take the second access on the left. The house is then the nearest one to the sea. Lelant station is 2km. Newquay airport is 56km.
Distances
St.Ives with its beaches, restaurants and art galleries is 5km away. The South West Coastal Path is 200m from the property. The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are within 80km.
Booking notes
10% non refundable deposit required with booking. Balance of payment due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday with a £100 security deposit. Cancellation refunds. Up to 12 weeks – 10% deposit not refunded. 4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks – no refund.
