Fantastic panoramic views of St Ives bay and the surrounding area, it is only a short distance to the historic fishing town of St Ives. One of most popular holiday towns in Cornwall. St Ives offers fantastic restaurants, great surf and has been loved for generations for fabulous white sandy beaches.

Some of Cornwall's finest beaches, most of which have blue flags are between 5-10 minutes drive away. And about a 8 minute walk away is the local caravan site, at which you can catch a bus into St Ives and its beaches, such as Porthminster with its award winning restaurant and the surfing beach Porthmeor.

Golf
The local golf course at Lelant and Tregenna Castle are a 5-10 minute travel by cab/car. Also of interest is the new modern leisure centre in St Ives town, which incorporates an indoor swimming pool for both adults and children.

Travel
Nearest Airport is Newquay which is 35 miles away. Plymoth is the closest ferry port which is 78 miles away. Carbis Bay train station approx 5 minute taxi.

Distances
St Ives 5 minute drive, Hayle Towans 15 minute drive and Carbis Bay 5 minutes. Tate Gallery 5 minutes.

Further details
Tesco is a 5 minute drive and St Ives offers some of the best restaurants in the West Country. Also there is the Tate St Ives and the Barbera Hepworth Museum.
