Once a booking is confirmed, the owner will email a booking form and request 25% of booking total as a deposit via bank transfer. The remainder 75% payment is required via bank transfer 4 weeks before arrival. For last minute bookings total cost is required via bank transfer at time of booking. Credit card details will also be held for security deposit in case of any damage and breakages.
