Only 15 minutes walk to Trebah Gardens, a haven full of sub-tropical plants, its own beach and cafe providing delicious food. A ferry trip across the Helford River to Helford village runs on a regular basis in the summertime. From Helford village you can walk to the beautiful Frenchman's Creek or stop for a drink at The Shipwrights Inn. During the summer time a number of regattas take place on the Helford River, which are very popular with visitors and locals alike. A further 10 minutes walk to Glendurgan Gardens owned by National Trust and one mile beyond is the village of Mawnan Smith with village shops, Italian restaurant and Red Lion Inn.

About the owner
I live in Exeter with my husband. We have two adult children who have flown the nest, however they enjoy our apartment as much as my husband and I and our friends do. Our apartment is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Cornwall, with views of the Helford River from our first floor windows. The famous Ferry Boat Inn is only one minute walk from our apartment, so I don't need to spend my time cooking whilst there, even though I have a full size oven and microwave. We enjoy a walk along the coastal footpath to visit the subtropical gardens nearby or to catch the ferry across to the village of Helford, walk around Frenchman's Creek and have lunch in The Shipwright Arms. We always feel refreshed having spent a few days at Helford Passage.
