The luxury Artspa, tennis courts and children's playground are within sight of the house. The interior has a light, open plan, spacious living area with a woodburning stove and stylish furnishings. Sliding glass doors lead out onto a decked terrace and lawn which leads down to Clearwater Lake. Modern fully fitted and equipped kitchen with granite worktops. On the first floor there is one en-suite king size bedroom, a second king size bedroom and a double bedroom and family bathroom. There is an outside terrace overlooking the lake. On the second floor there is a twin bedded room and another family bathroom.

A 20% deposit is required on booking (non-refundable). Payment of the deposit can be made by cheque or direct bank transfer. Balance payable six weeks before holiday start date. A £250 security deposit (cashed cheque) is required at the start of the stay to cover damage or breakages.
