New kitchens and bathrooms, leather sofas, children's play frame and extensive gardens backing on to open countryside. Beautiful walks on the doorstep, horse riding, sailing and mountain biking. Pub 200 yards. Cheltenham 4 miles, Bourton on the Water 10 miles.

The lounge has two leather sofas, an electric wood-burner and 2 storage heaters, free satellite TV and DVD, free wi-fi. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and one twin bedroom each with fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath and heated towel rail. |

One-bedroom cottages are single storey. Two plus bedroom cottages have stairs to bedrooms and bathroom. Front door openings - 75cm wide and internal door openings 65cm wide. Medium pile carpet except in kitchen and bathrooms that are tiled floors. Rugs in lounge areas.

Large gardens mainly laid to lawn. The cottages stand around a central courtyard. Each cottage has a patio with outside dining furniture.

The bus stop is 300 yards away and runs every hour to Cheltenham and Cirencester. A car is recommended.
