Notes on accommodation
Binbrook Lodge is in a true cliff top position with uninterrupted views of the English Channel. Set in 0.89 of gardens plenty of room for the children to play. 20metres to the steps to Kingsgate Bay with its smugglers caves and rock pools.
Accessibility
Although a bungalow there is a few steps from the entrance to the front door. The heated 40ft swimming pool is accessed by stairs.
Outside
40ft heated indoor swimming pool and jacuzzzi is for your own private use. The outside door opens up onto a BBQ area. Scattered around the 0.89 of gardens you will find numerous seating areas to sit and watch the children playing on the beach, or view the golfers trying for a hole in one! Watch the yachts, speed boats, large shipping vessels sail by.
Coast/Beach
Steps to the safe sandy Kingsgate Bay is 2 mins walk with its Smugglers Caves and rocky pools, fish for crabs etc. Go fishing of the walkway Josh Bay is the next Bay along where you can surf the waves. Take the hired boat to see the seals from the lively Royal Harbour at Ramsgate. Or visit the historic town of Broadstairs with its lovely safe sandy beaches.

North Foreland Gold Course is directly behind Binbrook Lodge.
Princes Golf Course 30 mins away. Royal St. Georges Championship Golf Course 30 Mins away.

At roundabout take 2nd exit A28 to Margate. Follow coast road B205/2052 Kingsgate (lookout for sign for Captain Digby). Go past the Captain Digby around the bay up the hill fist gate on your left Binbrook Lodge (opposite the sign for Josh Gap Road, Kingsgate Bay Road).
