Adjoining another property, the living accommodation is found on the first floor and together with a large enclosed decked terrace it enjoys superb panoramic views to the sea. The property is an ideal base for large parties or two families wishing to holiday together and is the perfect place to enjoy a seaside holiday at any time of the year. Enjoy breathtaking walks along the coastal footpaths which is only a mere 300 yards away, birdwatching or simply relax in the sand dunes enjoying the warm summer sun. The town of Hayle is 1.5 miles distant and has a selection of shops, restaurants and pubs. Short drive further is St Ives with its cobbled streets, Tate Gallery and the famous cream teas can be found in many of the tearooms and cafes.

Accessibility
There are steps going up to the house and the main living area. The main living area consists of Kitchen, main bathroom and three of the bedrooms. The Master bedroom is on level two with its own on suite shower room. There is a large balcony to have BBQ and enjoy the seaviews of St Ives Bay.
Outside
Outside on the large balcony there is a dinning area with a BBQ ideal for outside entertaining on warm nights.
Coast/Beach
300 yard to the 3 miles of golden sand of Hayle beach. There are many walks and tea rooms in the area. Catch the train from Hayle into St Ives along the coast track
is a must, followed by lunch at the Porthminster Cafe (need to book).
Golf
Tregenna Castle Hotel Golf Course. Set in the magnificent grounds of Tregenna Castle Hotel our parkland course is a challenge to even the low handicapped golfer. With narrow fairways, small greens, fabulous views of St Ives and the Bay and a new 19th hole it is a course not to be missed! West Cornwall at Lalant, St Ives. Tel: 01736 753401 Is a true Links course with fine turf and numerous natural qualities where hardly an unnatural feature offends. It has the unusual charm of being a test for both the low and higher handicap player alike. Has amazing views of St Ives Bay and can be seen from the house. There is Penwith Pitch and Putt at St Erth, Hayle for the family which is great fun. Adult: 18 holes £5.00, Child: 18 holes £4.00. Long 9 hole pitch and putt, prices inclusive of clubs and ball.
Special interest holidays
Surfing and many other water sports take place along the beach in front of the house. There are also many coastal walk and there are often sighting of dolphins and seals in the bay. A trip to St Ives with its cobbled streets and art galleries is a must. You can find many art galleries of local artist and its famous Tate gallery. It also has three beaches and many fabulous restaurants and shops. The best way to get there in the high season is on the train from Lelant saltings. (As parking can be difficult). The train will take you along one of the most beautiful view along the coast (make sure that you sit on the right going). One of our favourite restaurants is Porthminster Cafe which is right on the beach. (You will need to book). Other places of interest are St Michael’s Mount, Padstow, Eden Project and many more.
Travel
Nearest airport is Newquay. Which is about a 40 min drive to the house. Flybe, BMIbaby and Air Southwest are some of the airlines that fly there. Flight can start from £9.99 for a oneway trip.
Further details
Cornwall is very keen in promoting local and fresh produce and there are many farm shops in the area. There are two the other side of the A30 near the M&S rounderabout which are very good and reasonable.
