The Fowey Estuary is one of the most attractive areas of the South Cornish Coast and is adjacent to miles of open countryside, much of which is owned by the National Trust. The historic town has a unique unspoilt charm with narrow winding streets around a busy estuary, bustling with sailing craft, fishing boats and freighters transporting China Clay around the world. It is a good centre for exploring Cornwall and is within easy reach of the Eden project and several golf courses. The substantial Edwardian house has access to the water via shared landing steps, It is centrally situated close to the town, the Whitehouse beach and the ferry to Polruan and Mevagissey. Please note that the basement flat is not included in the rental.

Whitehouse beach is 3 minutes walk.
Readymoney beach is larger and is 10 minutes walk.
Golf
15 mins to Carlyon Bay, Lanhydrock or Lostwithiel.
Travel
Nearest Station, Par (from Paddington) 3 miles.
Nearest Airport, Newquay 15 miles.
