Ashdene has 5 bedrooms 2 en-suite, large gardens, wifi in every room with direct access. 4 flat screen TV, DVD. Parking for 12 vehicles. Washing machine/tumble dryer all mod cons. Roves farm is great for the kids with tractor rides big indoor play and is only 2 miles away, bath the Roman city, Avebury, Stonehenge, Longleat Safari Park, designer outlet village for those ladies wanting a good shopping experience, oasis leisure centre for the children who love rapids and fast rides. There is something for everyone at this supurb cottage location. The nearest beach is Weston Super mare with its New Pier recently opened, Bournemouth is only 1 hour and 15 minutes drive.

Notes on accommodation
Please note the swimming pool is now Indoor,charges apply for dogs £35, extra person £100 per person for the duration of the stay. A breakages deposit paid back to you at the end of your stay of £350 from Jan 2011
Ashdene will be able to accommadate up to 14 people as the current games room in Ashdene has been turned into a bedroom providing 6 bedrooms.
There is another wetroom in the entertainment/cinema building so we have 4 toilets and 4 showers.We take all major Debit/Credit Cards.

Accessibility
The property is suitable for wheel chair users because of the extra wide doors and 3 bedrooms being on the ground floor and the main bathroom. Please ask for a floor layout plan and we will email or send it by post. Please note that the main living area and kitchen are on the first floor.

Outside
Swimming pool is heated all year round at a constant 30/32 degrees, garden furniture is included and barbecue and charcoal are provided. Swimming pool is for your exclusive use as well as the Cinema/Entertainment room. Over 100 DVD's to choose from.

Coast/Beach
Weston-Super-Mare is our nearest beach resort with its grand opening on the 1st August 2010 although they are running behind schedule. However Bournmouth and Poole are just an hour away along the A33.

Golf
Wrag barn golf course in highworth some 2 miles away, Broome manor golf course about 6 miles away and several in the local area.

Travel
Nearest railway station is Swindon 10 miles. Nearest airport is Bristol 35 miles. Car is recommended but not essential.

Distances
Lechlade and Burford with many good pubs on the river 6 miles. Tea rooms and antique shops. Shakespeare country 20 miles. Longleat safari 20 miles. Avebury and Stonehenge within 15 miles, Bath Roman city 45 minutes. Roves farm a great place for young children tractor rides and indoor play etc. 2 miles my personal favourite when the children were young. Designer outlet shopping centre 6 miles, Ice rink 6 miles, Quad biking 2 miles. Oasis leisure centre with rapids 5 miles. Indoor go karting.

Further details
The local supermarket is Sainsbury's and only 5 minutes away.
Full use of all leisure facilities at the South Marston Hotel with a 23m pool.
