For comfort and location look no further. This is a wonderful modern apartment in a redevelopment of an original guest house on the Esplanade at Woolacombe. The apartment has direct sea views from the sitting room which also features a large table for 6 people, a double sofa bed, TV/DVD player, digital radio and iPod docking station and a selection of games, books and DVDs. The master bedroom has sea views from the juliette balcony, a king size bed, comfy chair, and clothes storage. The other bedroom is a twin with views towards the bay, with clothes storage. There is one large bathroom with bath and integrated shower with a large velux window looking back across Woolacombe to fields beyond. The kitchen is small but very well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, full oven/hob, full size dishwasher and washer/dryer. All kitchenware is provided. There is outside parking for one vehicle and a shed where water sports equipment, wetsuits, beach toys etc can stored.

Prices are per week in UK pounds. Short breaks possible charged at 2/3rds weekly rate for 1-4 nights. For 5-7 nights the full week rate applies. Friday changeover - flexible outside school holidays.

Changeover day is Friday, although this can be flexible outside of the school holiday periods. Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is 10am.

Notes on accommodation
Please note the apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift. There is space on the ground floor for leaving a buggy so it is fine for families with young kids. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED, no exceptions, sorry !

Coast/Beach
Just steps from the apartment, Woolacombe beach is award winning, a truly stunning expanse of sand 3 miles long and nearly half a mile wide at low tide. There are also many craggy coves to explore and smaller beaches such as Barricane Beach on your doorstep. The beaches of Croyde and Saunton are a short drive away.
Golf
There are a number of excellent local golf courses in the Woolacombe area. Including the Willingcott course and Woolacombe and Mortehoe.
Further details
Woolacombe is a large village with all the basic amenities you require including a well-stocked small supermarket, pharmacy, post office and a number of pubs and restaurants. 10 minutes drive away is the larger town of Ilfracombe and 20 minutes away is the main market town of Barnstaple.

A £150 deposit is required on booking if more than 8 weeks prior. Full payment if arrival date is within 8 weeks of booking.
