Changeover day
Change over day is Friday which is a much better day to travel on also the main attractions are quieter on a Saturday as most people are changing over.

| Seaview Studio has been newly constructed with fantastic uninterrupted views over the bay and golf course. The ground floor consists of a lounge, kitchenette, shower room and toilet with stairs leading to the bedroom with double and single beds, colour TV. Full central heating throughout. Facilities include combination microwave, oven/grill, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, colour TV, radio, ironing board and iron. There is a small patio outside of the French doors which form the front door to the apartment. | |

Seaview Cottage 3 Bedroom/Bathroom + 2 Bed Studio.

| Seaview Cottage was built in 2006 and has a large through Lounge/Dining area and Kitchen together with a downstairs cloakroom The Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer and a breakfast bar for 4 persons. There is a dining table for 8 with a comfortable lounge at the other end of the room. From the lounge there are patio doors leading onto the patio and garden which is fully enclosed and with many mature rhododendrons and pine trees. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, the front bedroom has a balcony which overlooks the golf course and the bay beyond it has a 5 ft bed and a luxury bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and a separate shower cubical. The middle bedroom has 3 single beds and a shower room and toilet. The back bedroom has a double bed and a folding bed, this also has a shower room and toilet. The property is fully gas central heated. Adjacent Studio lounge & upstairs bedroom with king size bed and wet room. | |
Notes on accommodation
Properties are midway between the well loved Mevagissy and Fowey harbour towns. We offer the location and accommodation for the perfect holiday.
Accessibility
The bungalow is suitable for people with mobility problems however there is a step up to the front door.
Outside
Seaview Bungalow and Seaview Cottage both have lovely gardens with many mature pine trees and rhododendron bushes they also have a large patios with furniture and barbecue.
Coast/Beach
A five minute walk across the golf course and down to Crinnis beach which is sandy and about a mile in length.
Golf
The 18th hole on the famous Carlyon Bay Golf course is just at the bottom of the drive with many other golf courses in close proximity.
Distances
There are 3 hotels in the same road with the famous Carlyon Bay Hotel less than 0.25 miles away. For the garden lovers the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and Caerhays Castle spring gardens are all close by.
