All apartments have central heating. There are also smoke and fire alarms. A safe is provided in each apartment. Baby equipment: there are two cots and a high chair available for use between the six apartments - please order in advance. Bedding, linen and towels are provided.
Accessibility
York Rose, which is a ground floor apartment has wheelchair access, a twin bedded room with access, and a bathroom suitable for those with disabilities including grab rails.
Outside
Sun terraces set in lovely gardens with ample seating. All the apartments have terraces with garden furniture and barbecues. There is a large car park shared by all apartments.
Coast/Beach
There are too many fantastic beaches within easy reach of Rosehill to list. But if we start at Padstow 1.5 miles away, then you have Harlyn, and Watergate through to the surfing beaches of Newquay. To the east you have Rock, Daymer Bay (ideal for children) and the surfers paradise Polzeath. In between are tucked away coves and small beaches to explore.
Golf
These are all wonderful 18 hole golf courses set in stunning scenery with magnificent views. There is a 9 hole course with 18 tees at St Kew which is 5 miles away.
St Enodoc - 12 miles.
Trevose - 5 miles.
Bowood Park - 15 miles.
Lanhydrock - 15 miles.
Roserrow - 11 miles.

There is a Tesco in Padstow where you can find a range of shops, banks and many restaurants. Alternatively Wadebridge has a larger Tesco, Co-op and Lidl supermarkets. You will find the banks and many eating places from snacks to pubs to restaurants, or enjoy a pasty from Barnecutts bakers - Wonderful!
