Changeover day
Saturdays during the main holiday season, arrival after 3pm, departure by 11am. Outside the main holiday season we are flexible with short breaks available from £75 per night.

Notes on accommodation
The 3 bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor level where there is also a separate cloakroom.
All the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space and chests of drawers together with bedside cabinets and lamps.
Access to the enclosed courtyard at the rear of the property with parking space for 1 car is also from the lower ground level.
Outside
To the rear of the property is a small courtyard with parking for 1 car, invaluable in Swanage.
Coast/Beach
Situated on 'The Parade' you are a few paces from the sea, the award-winning sandy beaches and Victorian pier.
Swanage beach provides safe bathing and paddling for even the youngest of children as the sandy beach shelves gently into the sea.
Golf
There are many golf courses in Dorset, the nearest being the Isle of Purbeck Golf Club in Studland (3 miles).
Special interest holidays
Combine a traditional seaside holiday with an exploration of the beautiful Dorset countryside.
Walk in the Purbecks and along the South-West coastal path.
Bird watching - Close to RSPB reserve at Arne.
Water Sports - Swanage Bay is popular with novices and experts alike. You can sail and windsurf or learn to scuba-dive with approved tuition from the sea schools on the pier.
Pleasure cruises depart daily from the pier throughout the season, sailing to Brownsea Island, Bournemouth and the Isle of Wight.
Music and festivals - Following the Swanage Jazz weekend in July are the colourful Regatta, Carnival and Lifeboat weeks and in September the Folk Festival.
Swanage is an unspoilt seaside town combining the best traditional family facilities and entertainment with a growing number of more sophisticated shops, restaurants and pubs.
Enjoy Punch and Judy shows, pitch and putt, mini-funfair, the arcade and of course the steam train to Corfe Castle!
Distances
Swanage is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful Dorset countryside and coastline. Walk in the Purbeck Hills and along the Jurassic coast, now a world heritage site and part of the South West coastal path. Discover the Dorset countryside with its small towns and picturesque villages that appear to have changed little since Thomas Hardy wrote his classic novels. For Bird watchers, the RSPB reserve at Arne is nearby.

A deposit of one third of the price of the holiday is required when booking the holiday, the balance due eight weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
A damages deposit of £200 is required, refunded within 14 days of departure.
