Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Long term lets by arrangement with owner. Short breaks available out of season. Minimum 3 nights.
Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday but this is flexible out of season and for short lets. Lets start at 4pm on day of arrival and finish at 11am on day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
Ideal for small children as garden is completely enclosed. Cot and highchair provided. Well behaved dogs are accepted subject to not being allowed on the furniture.
Outside
To the rear of Willow Cottage is a completely private courtyard style garden, 2 areas with brick paving with barbeque and table and chairs. There is also a large communal area at the front of the property.
Coast/Beach
15 minutes drive to Lansallos where you can park (National Trust Car Park with honesty box) and walk to the beach. This is a quiet sandy cove with rock pools and is ideal for children. Access on the beach to the Coastal Path. 10-15 minutes drive will take you to both Looe, which has a busy harbour and sandy beach, and Polperro.
Travel
Plymouth is approx. 25 miles.
Distances
Medium sized towns of Lostwithiel, particularly good for antiques and also Restormel Castle, and Liskeard are both approx. 8 miles. Pelynt is approx. 4 miles on the road to Looe and Polperro. Deerpark Wood which offers picnic facilites and walks is approx. 1 mile.
Further details
Well placed for easy reach of Lost Gardens of Heligan and Eden Project as well as many other tourist attractions. Large supermarkets are situated in Liskeard and Lostwithiel. Pelynt has a pub / restaurant as well as two small supermarkets. Also approx. 4 miles (direction Lostwithiel) to Duchy of Cornwall garden centre. Well worth a visit if looking for plants.

Had a lovely break at this beautiful cottage. Loved Polperro and the beach at Lansallos. The cottage was very comfortable and we look forward to coming back soon.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Over the past 20 years we have regularly had holidays in this part of Cornwall. It is an area with an outsanding coastline and picturesque villages, perfect for both energetic and wind down holidays. The cottage is close to the fishing harbour at Polperro, Looe and the South Cornwall coastal path. The nearby town of Lostwithiel is famous for antiques and has a number of restaurants and pubs. The village of Lerryn, about 5 miles from the cottage, is situated on the River Fowey and is a good starting point for riverside walks.
Unique benefits of the property
The cottage is a converted farm building and has its own private patio garden. The views over the valley and neighbouring farm are quite spectacular. Although very quiet and private it is still within easy reach of all the amenities of this lovely area.
