Friday is changeover day 3 night breaks are from Friday to Monday, 4 night breaks are Monday to Friday. Property is available from 3.00 pm on day of arrival and departures are before 10.00 am. A refundable security deposit of £50 is required on arrival.

About the owner
We are Adrian and Amanda and we built this lovely home ourselves. Adrian is a Joiner and did most of the work himself. There used to be an abestos bungalow there before that we demolished and started from stratch but it only took us 9 months before we actually moved in. We decided to let it as a holiday let and this has proven to be a really good decision as we normally get 35 - 40 bookings a year. I think it is very popular because it is so big 5 bedrooms. 2 en-suites, a large bathroom and a cloakroom. The most popular room has to be the spacious playroom which is a hit for children of all ages and parents to keep them quiet as it has loads of toys, TV, games console and games, darts board etc. We do hope you enjoy your holiday in 'Amrosa' as much as enjoyed living here.
