Known as 'The Tallet', the original building was a wheelwrights shop. It has its own access and private parking for one car plus a small self contained garden with a pond. This overlooks much larger gardens, a Tuscan style terracota terrace with a large conservatory, and a 12 meter swimming pool (unheated). All of these areas are for guests use. There are views to the sea at Lyme Regis and Charmouth and of the spectacular Marshwood Vale. The now world famous Heritage Coastline is 1 1/2 miles distant, or 40 mins walk through the National Trust Golden Cap Estate. The nearest pub, the Ship Inn is 5 minutes walk away. There is also a village post office and store at Morcombelake.
