Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. Departure is by 10am and arrival any time after 4:00pm, maybe earlier as we offer a text alert as soon as the apartment has been cleaned and is ready for you.

Outside
The apartment has it's own private south facing balcony with table and 4 chairs. All guests also have use of the landscaped communal gardens at the rear of the property ideal for large groups/family dinning. Outside the apartment, there is a surf shower to rinse off in after a day at the beach and a useful secure storage cage in the basement for your surfboards, wetsuits and beach toys. The property has an allocated parking space for one car.
Coast/Beach
Less than 1 minute walk to the beach. Popular all year round to surfers and families who come to enjoy the surf and the large clean sandy beach. Access to the stunning North Cornwall coastal path above the cliffs.
Golf
Newquay Golf Club - 4 miles away. One of Cornwall’s finest seaside links with magnificent views over the Atlantic Ocean.
Travel
Watergate Bay is conveniently located only 5 minutes from Newquay Airport (but you will not be aware of it!)

Nearby sights include The Eden Project near St Austell, Rick Stein's Padstow restaurants and natural wonders, such as Bedruthan Steps, Gurnards Head and Kynance Cove.

To book please check availability on the site, then simply send an email or telephone us. Once dates are confirmed, 50% of rent is payable. We accept payment by bank transfer. The remaining 50% plus a cautionary deposit of £70 is due 6 weeks before arrival. For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full. We will then send property and service agent details, where to obtain keys and important information to make your stay go smoothly.
