Other: Large balcony with room for table and chairs. Back porch (suitable for dog). Use (at own risk) of 2 canoes. (life jackets available). Mothercare travel cot/playpen. There is a garage and a parking space.

All linen included but not towels. Property is cleaned after each let, or by agreement.

Due to steepness of garden and steps, not suitable for small children. One dog allowed.

Travel
Plymouth Airport, and ferry terminal within 15 miles.
A car would be useful, but not essential - there are regular buses from the village to Plymouth.

Distances
Next village 1 mile by road (200 metres via causeway).
Plymouth 10 miles, Ivybridge (gateway to Dartmoor) 10 miles. Salcombe 18 miles.

Further details
A good range of shops (small Co-op, butcher, chemist and P.O.) in next village, Newton Ferrers. Riverford Organics farm shop 10 minutes drive away. 2 pubs in Noss both serve excellent food, with a further pub in Newton Ferrers.
Sports Centre at Ivybridge. Tennis courts and play area 5 minutes walk in Noss Mayo.

Bookings can be made by email and confirmed in writing with deposit. Provisional bookings will be held for two weeks. Full payment must be received 1 month before commencement of holiday. Short breaks available off peak times.
