Greengage Cottage is a fine example of a thatched Devon Longhouse. It has medieval origins and is full of character and has been furnished to a high standard with Laura Ashley fabrics. The original art and textiles are mostly by local East Devon artists including Alana the owner. The property has an enclosed garden as well as access to a very large garden and orchard. In all there are over 5 acres of grounds to explore. There is also a private heated swimming pool as well as a rustic tennis court. It is very close to the coastal resorts of Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton.

Shallow end 3.5 foot leading to deep end 7 foot. Rustic tennis court. Outside badminton and table tennis area. Also a large garden and orchard for walks and picnics. There are over 5 acres of beautiful grounds to roam. Greengage Cottage is in the private and extensive grounds of Glebe House, a Queen Anne style Rectory in the quiet village of Farringdon.

Beaches at Budleigh Salterton (6 miles), Ladram Bay (7 miles), Sidmouth (7 miles), Exmouth (6 miles). Spectacular coastal walks 6 miles.
