The apartment is stylish and contemporary, the living space is light and airy with double-glazed windows along two sides and it is furnished with two comfy armchairs and a three-seater sofa that easily converts to a small double bed. The immaculate kitchen area is fitted with a compact multifunction steam oven, 2 ring induction hob and extractor, dishwasher and fridge and there is a breakfast bar with four stools. The bedroom is entered through a 'secret' mirrored door and has a double bed and fitted wardrobes which include a hidden built-in washing machine. The luxury bathroom is off the hallway and features a walk-in shower.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Arrival between 5pm and 7pm, departure before 11am but these times are flexible by arrangement.

Notes on accommodation
There is an indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and gym within the development. Also a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers. Internet access is not included in the rent. Wifi is available from BT Openzone on subscription to suit your needs. Not suitable for children under 8. Pets are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building.
Accessibility
There are lifts to all floors but there are also several steps to negotiate so not suitable for wheelchairs.
Outside
There is a communal courtyard garden with a pond.
Travel
The apartment is located in central London, all main airports are easily accessible by public transport services which are just outside across the street. A car is not necessary.
Distances
It is ideal if you like to walk, about 20mins on foot to the Southbank, Tate Modern, Borough market and Shakespeare's Globe. Theatreland and Oxford Street shops are only 5mins by tube train which is just across the road. It is also easy to hop on a bus and see London from the top deck, go door-to-door to Tate Britain/Kings Road or Horniman Museum. Details of bus routes are provided.
Further details
The apartment is situated within a development consisting of four blocks arranged around a courtyard garden, it is located on the 4th floor of the south block overlooking the street and roundabout.
Across the road you will find a small shopping centre and several places for breakfast also a supermarket offering everything you need for self catering. If you prefer to dine out there is a wide choice of pubs and restaurants in the locality, you will find an information file in the apartment with some suggestions for 'what to do' and our recommendation for restaurants in the area.
Booking notes
If you wish to make a booking we will require a £150 deposit per week or, the balance to be settled eight weeks before your arrival date. If a booking is cancelled we will endeavour to re-let the flat for the dates booked. However if we are unable to do this there will be no refund of monies already paid therefore we strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance. A deposit of £50 per person is required to cover loss and damage. This will be refunded on return of keys or after your stay.
