Detached Cottage in New Forest Village
Minutes walk from open 'Forest' with Ponies at Gate
Sleeps 6 (3 Bedrooms)

|
Detached New Forest cottage in village of Frogham. This is our home which we rent out when we are away during the school holidays - so it is not your bland holiday let - it has a homely feel with character and furnished accordingly. It has a south facing cottage garden with a gravel drive for several cars and a fenced off pond. The garden is secure due to the ponies, cows and donkeys being outside our fence.

Guest comments
We have let our cottage for over 10 years during the school holidays-many people have come back time and time again.
April 2011 - Our first visit to this fantastic setting and we have enjoyed every minute of our time here.... we would love to come back.
April 2011 Our second visit, another very enjoyable hol....house just as comfortable as we remember it.
February 2011 - On one of the many relaxing moments during this half term stay, i have scanned the comments book, i can't see a single complaint other than the weather and even that i think is unfair...the cttage has kept us perfectly snug through every weather condition.
October 2010 This is our second visit to your lovely home and we had an equally enjoyable stay. Location is perfect for our cycling and riding...Will now share our secret with my friends and colleagues as have been selfishly reducing the competition.

Owner profile
The boys and me by the famous new Viaduc de Milau
About the owner
We are a family of four, we have 2 boys aged 11 and 15. We live in a cottage in the New Forest which we restored over 3 years from 1984 and have subsequently extended - a home which we love and are unlikely to ever sell.
We both had careers but enjoyed restoring our home so much that we carried on developing in the UK and renting out properties. It is now our means of income and way of life.
Normandy was a challenge, but having spent all our holidays there it doesn't owe us a penny really. The chalet in Switzerland was bought as a result of repeatedly visiting the same village year after year and wanting to be independent of rentals.
Our business allows us to spend the school holidays away, but we can only visit one place at a time and the boys want the sea in the south at the moment!
