This self-catering independent apartment is modern and well equipped. The windows face to the front and rear with views to Golden Cap. There is a safe, secluded garden with off-road parking. Gas central heating is included, with a gas fire.

Changeover day is Friday arrival after 2p.m and departure 10am.

| Bedrooms: | Upstairs is a large bedroom (18 x 14ft) with a queen size bed. In addition there is a sofa bed for child. A cot can be available. |
| Bathrooms: | There is a large shower room, including wet room, basin and WC. |
| Kitchen: | The well equipped kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and combined microwave, grill and oven. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge is light and has double doors which open on to the rear garden. It is comfortably furnished and has a gas fire and Sky TV (Discovery and Sports channel). |
| Other: | Changeover day is Friday, arrival after 2pm and departure by 10am. |

Hive beach is on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. National Trust owned and is completely unspoilt.
45 minutes to Olympic sailing centre in Weymouth. Ample parking for boat trailer and car. Normal rental prices apply.
Golf
Nearby 18 hole golf courses and approximate distances - West Dorset golf course 2 miles. Lyme Regis 12 miles. Weymouth 14 miles. Came Down 16 miles. Chedington 16 miles.
Special interest holidays
Chesil beach is ideal for sea angling. Boats are available at nearby West Bay. Excellent walking on coastal footpath and nearby beautiful countryside. Bridport has a wealth of restaurants and pubs offering seasonal local food. Hive beach cafe, 400 yards, is well known for sea food.
Travel
Exeter and Southampton airports are within an hour's drive. There is a local bus service to Bridport, Weymouth and beyond.
Distances
Bridport is 4 miles and Dorchester and Weymouth are 16 miles away.
Further details
Bridport is a country town with markets on Wednesday and Saturdays. The area has often been featured on television.

About the owner
We have recently returned from living in France where we ran a successful gite business for many years. We are now living in this beautiful corner of Dorset, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. We have extended our bungalow to include this one bedroom apartment and are happy to share this lovely area with our visitors.
