Set within 8 acres of private grounds with long driveway off country lane, part of a small holding farm used for grazing of freshly calved cattle, new born lambs, horses and chickens. The farmhouse is surrounded by fields and is completely separate from the farmyard. It has a south facing, private, fenced garden. The farmhouse is fully furnished, all large bedrooms with plenty of space (not over crowded with too many beds to make up numbers!). The farmhouse is perfect for large families or groups of friends wanting to stay away together. Easy access to the historic cities of Bristol and Bath. Grazing and stabling for horses available if you wish to bring your horses for a holiday too. Avon cycleway minutes away. Ample parking for 8 vehicles. Several pubs within walking distance.

Kitchen 11x13, Dinning room 14x16.5, Lounge 17x19, Master Bedroom 17x18, Ensuite 8x6, Bedroom 2 10x11, Bedroom 3 11x12, Bedroom 4 12x10, Bedroom 5 10.5x17, Bedroom 6 12.5x17, Bathroom 10x5. All rooms are large and spacious, prefect for large groups. High chairs and cots available at small extra cost please enquire when booking. A stairgate and baby monitor is available, please advice if required. The bedrooms are large with space for more than one cot if needed. Pets accepted on certain conditioners and small charges please enquire when booking. Wifi available for a small fee.
Accessibility
The garden and ground floor would be easy to access with a wheel chair. The ground floor has a down stairs toilet. All rooms are spacious enough for wheel chair use. The bedrooms can only be accessed by stairs.
Outside
Large south facing secluded garden/informal lawn fully fenced and secure for pets and children. Patio area with access to kitchen and lounge with BBQ and picnic bench, tables and plenty of chairs. Surrounded by open countryside, not overlooked from any angle. Lockable 12 foot shed available for use. Parking area next to garden for at least 6 cars right outside cottage, can accommodate 4/5 more vehicles if needed.

Brean and Weston Super Mare 30 minutes drive away.

4 top quality 18 hole golf courses within 5 minutes drive - The Kendleshire, Players, Tracy Park and Windmill Golf academy. There are also 2 large very popular fishing lakes less than 5 minutes drive away.

Cycling with easy access to the Avon Cycleway which is only 5 minutes away and goes to Bristol and Bath.

I have stayed in many places across Europe and have to say this was the most well-equipped and welcoming place ever. Clare made sure we were happy with everything and was on hand if there were any probs.I would absolutely recommend BH Farm to large groups wanting somewhere to chill out or explore the surrounding area or both,as we did! 15.8.11
We have had a lovely week at the farm. The cottage is well equipped and just like home from home. We were invited to watch the sheep being sheared and to meet the farm animals and Clare and her family were very welcoming. Our 19 month old daughter became friends with the cows, or the moos ad they were known to her, and she is still asking for them now!! Thank-you for a lovely relaxing holiday! 15.5.11
