Situated in a quiet part of the village of Gorran Haven on the south coast of Cornwall, you are only 8 mins walk to the family friendly beach and fabulous cliff top walks are just yards away... Alba Studio is attached to one end of a modern house and is a top quality private haven with it's own entrance. Your private balcony faces south - there is a table with parasol, 4 chairs and sunbeds - from here there are lovely village and sea views, it's perfect for relaxing. The Studio is quiet and comfortable with quality laminate flooring, a deluxe superking bed, quality bedding and towels and comfortable seating. 19" flat screen TV with CD/DVD player and WiFi. The small kitchen area is well equipped with all you need - there is a separate shower room with basin and wc. At the front of the property there is a private parking space.

Changeover is Saturday but this is flexible and short breaks can sometimes be accommodated.

Oven, microwave and grill is all in one. Small freezer compartment in fridge. Freeview, CD/DVD. WiFi is available.
Outside
There is a large south facing balcony (really an outside room!) with table, parasol, chairs and sunbeds. This is completely private and has lovely views over the village and the sea. There is outside storage for walking boots etc. Private parking for one car.
Coast/Beach
The main sandy beach in Gorran Haven is around 8 mins walk away down a step lane. Other local beaches can be reached on foot via the cliff top coastal path - Vault beach is a stunning pebbly beach and worth the walk. We are a few minutes walk away from the South West Coastal path.
Golf
Golf is available in St Austell - around 20 mins away.
Travel
Newquay Airport - 50 mins away by car. St Austell Train Station - 20 mins away by car. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Lost Gardens of Heligan is around 10 mins drive. Eden Project is around 30 mins drive. Cathedral city of Truro is 40 mins drive.
Further details
Excellent local farm shops - Lobbs and Humphreys. Asda and Tesco in St Austell - 20 mins drive. M&S and Sainsburys in Truro - 40 mins drive. Good local restaurants in Mevagissey - 10-15 mins by car/taxi.
