Located 100 yards from the main high street, Ilfracombe has everything for the holidaymaker, shops, pubs, takeaway, cinema, theatre and restaurants including one owned by the artist 'Damien Hirst'. One can also take many boat trips from the harbour to experience wildlife, fishing and the unique Devon coastline which has some of the country's longest and most breathtaking sandy beaches (we even provide the bucket and spade!)

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and where a daily price is offered the apartment is available for short term lets with a minimum 3 night stay.
A £50 refundable deposit is payable with final balance for all bookings, which will be refunded following a house keepers inspection.
Discounts for long winter lets and long weekend bookings also available only out of school holiday time.
Changeover day
Arrival departure day for all weekly bookings is Saturday. Guests may arrive after 3pm and depart by 10am.

Towels and linen are included and changed weekly. The apartment is cleaned weekly. |

North Devon has everything for the sporting enthusiast with some of the finest surfing, scenic walks, golfing, horse riding, fishing, scuba diving and cycling in England. There is a myriad of wildlife for those who prefer watching or photography and boat trips along the Devon coast or to Lundy increase your chances of seeing rare British animals.
