Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Short breaks min 3 nights from £75-£100 per night in 2 bedroom flats and £100-£125 per night in 3 Bed flats. Half Term and school holidays £100 extra except for summer holidays where price is shown already. The flat can be booked on longer term lets from October to April for £1000 per month. To book a £100 security deposit will be required which will be returned after your stay.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday arrival 2pm onwards and departure 10am. These times can be changed with prior arrangements.

Outside
Next door is a garden with benches and opposite is Poole harbour and Brownsea Island. The back of the property is in Shore Road, at the end of here a minutes flat walk is where Sandbanks beach stretches from Sandbanks to Christchurch, 7 miles of wonderful golden sand and promenade which you can walk along stopping at the different restaurants and beach cafes until you reach Bournemouth. There is a very quiet old fashioned bar on the ground floor of the building we have never had any complaints of noise. Wonderful proximity to the harbour and its watersports activities.
Coast/Beach
Sandbanks Harbour and Beach are on your doorstep and with its golden sands make it one of the best family holiday resorts on the south coast. Beautiful Blue Flag beaches provide excellent bathing, beach and water sport activities. The Jurassic coast is only a ferry ride away with its wonderful rugged coastline ideal for walkers and cyclists. Brownsea National Trust Island is opposite the flats and only a short boat ride away and a great day out
Golf
There are 8 Golf courses in a 10 mile radius. Parkstone being the nearest with Meyrick Park, Queens Park public courses in Bournemouth and the stunning courses on the Isle of Purbeck just a short ferry crossing from sandbanks.
Skiing
Water skiing, wake boarding, kayaking and bicycles are available at the water sports centre 100 metres away. You can also learn to windsurf, kite surf etc.
Travel
Nearest airport is Bournemouth 8 miles away. Nearest train station is Poole 4 miles away, and Bournemouth 5 miles. There is a port in Poole with ferries that go to France, Jersey and Guernsey. There is parking for 1 car at the flat although a car is not essential as the bus services are very good and go to Bournemouth, Poole and Swanage from the bus stop 100 metres away from the apartment. Bournemouth and Poole bus/coach station are 4/5 miles away.
Distances
Sandbanks has a few shops a newsagents and great restaurants and beach cafes. Canford Cliffs village is a mile away and has banks, restaurants, chemist, spar, hairdressers, bakers etc. Lilliput is a mile away and has a supermarket, petrol station, fish and chip shop and Marina
Bournemouth town centre is 4 miles away and has great shopping, theatres, swimming, night clubs and wonderful Parks and restaurants. Poole town centre has an indoor shopping centre, the Quay, and beautiful Poole Park.

Full payment required 6 weeks prior to commencement date of booking. Deposit £100 for 1 weeks booking or £200 for 2 weeks booking. This is a security deposit which is refundable after your stay.
