Large lounge and two bathrooms. off road parking for two cars. And garden area that backs onto open park area. With BBQ area and seating to enjoy the summer evenings. The house is only 5 minutes drive to Sandown's sandy beaches and pier. Also close by is the local golf course.

The lounge has comfortable seating and freeview tv. The house is light and airy having been redecorated over the winter months. It is situated close to the Medina and is no more than fifteen minutes walk from the Island Sailing club and less to the many marinas and boat yards. UKSA is about eight minutes walk away.
