Wonderful view of Tiran Island from roof terrace. Splendid coral and marine life. The apartment is ideal for families just step out of the terrace to the largest of the 5 landscaped pools on the complex. The pool bar 'Hotspotz' serve soft drinks,snacks and Shishas daily. On site small supermarket. Laundry services. Admin office for airport transfers, trips and taxi bookings. Nabq, is 10mins from Sharm International Airport. The bustling town of Naama Bay is only 15 mins and a short inexpensive taxi or local microbus journey away. Sharm Old Town is a further 10 mins on from Naama and a wonderful time can be had exploring the old local market with all its bazaars, bakeries, bars and restaurants.

Utility bills are extra and charged on your departure, and can vary on degree of usage. Please enquire for further details. Laundry for your stay is not chargeable, unless it exceeds £30, then the remainder will be charged for on departure. For 4 or more persons please email for prices.
Changeover day
We do not have a preferred changeover day. Also on departure, the apartment can be vacated on your collection for the airport and not by 12 midday! The exception to this is being occupied same day then this would unfortunately apply.

Notes on accommodation
We want our holiday home to be your holiday home during your stay and want you to enjoy it. It is fully air-conditioned and this doubles up as heating on those rare chilly nights! Cots can be arranged upon request. Also a camp bed is provided enabling us to sleep up to seven persons when required. A communal barbecue area is on site. Our ground floor apartment with its terraces and steps to the pools is ideally suited for families with small children and generally convenient for all aspects of your stay at M2. We also provide DVDs and CDs not only for children but for adults too. We also have a selection of games,as well as swimming accessories ie floats lilos and snorkeling shoes and masks. These can be found under the beds in the twin room in the storage drawers. We want you to feel at home in our apartment and continually strive to make it like home from home.
Accessibility
Entry and internal doors are suitable for wheelchair use and entry to the apartment can be arranged by a ramp. Our apartment is ideal for clients wanting ground floor accomodation. It has access from the terraces both lounge area and the master bedroom to the largest complex pool with pool bar and also a very private pool to the front of the property. This allows for privacy or in contrast making new friends. All facilities including the barbeque area are easily accesible from the apartment.
Outside
Landscaped and terraced gardens complement the apartment perfectly. With a choice of 5 swimming pools of which the largest is just off the lounge terrace. It has a swim up bar with underwater stools. Spend lazy days or romantic nights just relaxing. All pools and landscaping are tastefully illuminated at night. All sun loungers and umbrellas are provided at no charge to the clients, although there is a 10LE per mattress charge per week. Tables and chairs for dining around the pool are plentiful. 'Hotspotz' the pool bar is open daily and serves a variety of snacks and soft drinks. The complex is ever developing and has a barbeque area which is useful for hot summer home barbies! We can proudly boast pool views from the terrace and also from the front of the apartment. To the front we have a beautiful new pool with cascading steps and very private, for those quiet and romantic moments. Just grab a beer or a drink of your choice from the fridge and chill out 'til your hearts content.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is opposite the complex and belongs to Sunrise Tirana Aquapark hotel. For a charge they will transfer you to and from the beach and provide sunbeds and umbrellas.The complex admin office will transport you to and from several local beaches, the beautiful Sharks Bay a firm favourite. The cost is approx 30le each. This includes admission, sunbeds and umbrellas. Sharks Bay is a brilliant beach for children and has lots of restaurants and little cafes.
Golf
Local 18 hole golf course nearby in Nabq is still under construction. Jolieville a large American chain of Hotels has a professional golf course and caters for beginners also at competitive rates. This is situated in Naama approx 15mins drive away.
Travel
The local airport is Ophira known as Sharm el Sheikh International. This is approx 10 minutes away from the complex. Here you can travel to Cairo to visit the Pyramids, Luxor or Alexandria. You can also travel by boat to Hurghada.Transfers can be arranged. Car hire can also be arranged. It is not essential as local taxis and buses are in abundance.
Distances
Nabq is the newest up and coming and developing area of Sharm and is a 5 min bus or taxi ride. It is also a pleasant stroll. The ever popular Naama Bay is approx 15 mins away by bus or taxi, here you will find bustling night life. Bars and restaurants are plentiful. Old Sharm is a further 5 minutes on from Naama. The Pyramids are approx 6 hours drive away or a very quick 45 mins flight. St Catherines Monastry is 2hrs by coach. Dahab is a 45 min drive away either by bus or taxi - Our favourite.

Hot off the press!! Soho Square is now open, boasting an Ice Bar, the first in Africa, as well as night clubs, and an Ice Rink. It is a 5 min drive from the complex.Nabq has an array of shops, restaurants and bars, Hard Rock cafe will soon be here and will be an alternative to their busy restaurant in Naama, extremely popular with Europeans. TGI Fridays has already arrived! La Strada and Al Khan shopping Mall are now up and running where you will find designer outlets, restaurants and a night club. These can all be reached by a short 10p bus ride. There is also a bank here for exchanging your pounds, here you will find exceptionally helpful staff and a good exchange rate! Cash machines are plentiful in Naama. Visa is recognised in the main but it can be difficult to purchase goods in some shops and restaurants. We have the largest Metro supermarket and they will deliver to your door for 4le!! A new Carrefour has now opened in Naama.Diving, snorkeling and boat trips are among popular activities in the Red Sea area but there are lots of historical sites to visit St Catherines Monastry, the oldest Monastery in the World is where the famous burning bush is and museum of ancient religious artifacts. Luxor, Valley of the Kings, Alexandria a cruise down the fabulous Nile, Moses mountain deep in the Sinai mountains where you can climb the mountain to see the sun rise. Quad biking, go karting, camel rides across the desert, horse riding are just a few other activities you can engage in. New information for divers or potential divers all categories welcome. Our resident diving instructors on the complex, Simon and Sarah have negotiated special discounted rates for any bookings made through them. They work for a reputable company and look forward to meeting you and taking you to meet the "hammerhead" sharks off Tiran on a rib. Situated close to the apartment, it is is a 5* diving centre. Ideal for beginners to the more experienced divers. Wrecks galore to dive.
Booking notes
Booking dates are flexible. Please ask. We require a 20% deposit at the time of booking which is non-refundable with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure. Later bookings require the amount to be paid in full prior to departure. Last minute bookings at a discount may be available, please ask when enquiring. A retainer is not required but any breakages or damage within apt payable locally on departure. Unfortunately, complex rules do not allow unmarried Egyptian men to cohabit.

‘Hello Angie and Cos, I would just like to thankyou on everything about the holiday we had a very enjoyable time. The apartment was lovely! The weather was brilliant, lovely and hot with a warm breeze, couldn't ask for better. We visited Cairo and did a boat trip to Ras Mohamed National Park and also enjoyed more snorkelling at the Sea Club, we also went quad biking and did some horse riding in the desert at sunset an amazing experience. We met Norita and Mohamed and used their private hire service for all our travelling, they are very nice people! You are very lucky to have somewhere to visit and holiday often. Hello, we are Cos and Angie Izzo and we live in Basingstoke, Hants.
We first went to Egypt 4 years ago and stayed in Taba.
This was for a weeks chill out at an all inclusive hotel. We loved everything Egypt had to offer, fantastic weather, superb snorkelling and the friendly people. On our return a week later, we went along to the Place in the Sun Exhibition and to our delight we discovered we could actually afford to buy a brand new apartment being built in Nabq. It was such an easy process and the following February we took over our little place in the sun!
We constantly strive to make our apartment home from home, we have added lots of little extras to make it comfortable, whether it is for a romantic holiday for two or a family treat. Self catering holidays in Sharm are in!

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
As previously stated, we fell in love with Egypt on our first ever visit. We hadn't actually visited Sharm but couldn't resist putting down a deposit after seeing the plans at the Place in the Sun Exhibition. We then went over in November 2006 to visit and see the development taking shape. We were so proud and couldn't wait to spend our first holiday there. Nabq is an up and coming resort and has definitely come on leaps and bounds since our first visit. Shopping for groceries in the beginning was a task, but we now have the biggest grand Metro supermarket close by and they will deliver to our doorstep for 40 pence! Whatmore could anyone want. We can also have takeaways delivered now as well as alcoholic beverages. We can enjoy a remoteness, but are only 15 mins away from bustling Naama.
Unique benefits of the property
We enjoy the tranquility of the complex and the security in knowing our complex is safe. We have 24hr security. We also enjoy hopping on a local bus to go into Nabq for a lovely meal and drinks and a stroll along the promenade. A bit further by bus or taxi brings us to Naama and the Old town for more adventurous nights out.
We have invested a lot in trying to make our apartment home from home and can boast some rather comfortable furnishings. We also have lots of entertainment for evenings in as well as picnic beach and pool accessories.
We can boast a pool outside the front terrace and one leading off the bedroom and lounge terrace. We also have sea views from the roof terrace and fantastic sunsets over the mountains.
We have a full information pack in our apartment to assist guests.
