Apartment in an award winning complex in the up and coming and ever developing area of Nabq, nestled between the wonderful backdrop of the Sinai mountains and the warm climate of the Red Sea with views of Tiran Island on the Gulf of Aquaba. The apartment is ideal for families just step out of the terrace to the largest of the 3 landscaped pools on the complex.There is a pool bar "Hotspotz" where they serve soft drinks, cocktails and snacks, open daily from 10am until sunset. You can even order a shisha pipe! On site small supermarket. Laundry services. Admin office for airport transfers, trips and taxi bookings. Nabq is 10mins from Sharm International Airport and the bustling town of Naama Bay is only 15 mins and a short inexpensive taxi or local microbus journey away. Sharm Old Town is a further 10 mins on from Naama and a wonderful time can be had exploring the old local market with all its bazaars, bakeries, bars, restaurants.

Changeover day
We do not have a preferred changeover day. Also on departure, the apartment can be vacated on your collection for the airport and not by 12 midday! The exception to this is being occupied same day then this would unfortunately apply.

Fully air conditioned, this also doubles up as heating on those rare chilly nights. Highchairs and cots can be arranged upon request. Communal barbecue area on site. This ground floor apartment with its terrace and steps to the pool is ideally suited for families with small children and generally convenient for all aspects of your stay at M2.
Accessibility
Entry and internal doors are suitable for wheelchair use and entry to the apartment can be arranged by a ramp.
Outside
Landscaped and terraced gardens complement the apartment perfectly. With a choice of 3 swimming pools of which the largest is just off the terrace and has a swim up bar with underwater stools. All pools and landscaping are tastefully illuminated at night.All sun loungers and umbrellas are provided at no charge to the clients. Tables and chairs for dining around the pool are plentiful. 'Hotspotz' the poolbar is open daily and serves a variety of snacks,cocktails beers and soft drinks. The complex is ever developing and has a barbeque area which is useful for hot summer home barbies!
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is a 15 minute walk and can be found at the Sea Club Hotel it is directly opposite the complex.Our complex will transfer you here for £2-50 a day per person which includes full use of all amenities including towels for your sunbed. Please remember food and drink are not supplied free! Fantastic snorkelling off the jetty here. The beautiful Sharks Bay a bit further is only £3 per person this again includes transfers and admission to the beach. Brilliant beach for children.
Golf
Local 18 hole golf course nearby in Nabq is still under construction. Jolieville a large American chain of Hotels has a professional golf course and caters for beginners also at competitive rates. This is situated in Naama approx 15mins drive away.
Travel
The local airport is Ophira known as Sharm el Sheikh International. This is approx 10 minutes away from the complex. Transfers can be arranged. Car hire can also be arranged. It is not essential as local taxis and buses are in abundance.
We can now offer to guests a resident Minibus/Taxi service from the complex. This is a new venture and will help clients get around and about for a fixed charge. It is easy to arrange and gives clients peace of mind with no haggling! Please ask for more info.
Distances
Nabq is the newest up and coming and developing area of Sharm and is a 5 min bus or taxi ride. It is also a pleasant stroll. The ever popular Naama Bay is approx 15 mins away by bus or taxi, here you will find bustling night life. Bars and restaurants are plentiful. Old Sharm is a further 5 minutes on from Naama. The Pyramids are approx 6 hours drive away or a very quick 45 mins flight. St Catherines Monastry is 2hrs by coach. Dahab is an hours drive away.
Further details
Nabq is an up and coming and ever developing resort. A brand new hotel is due to open opposite the complex which includes an aqua park. There are lots of shops, bars and restaurants springing up. Hard Rock cafe will soon be here and will be an alternative to their busy restaurant in Naama, extremely popular with Europeans. McDonalds has already arrived! La Strada and Al Khan shopping Mall are now up and running where you will find designer outlets, great pizza and fish restaurants, and nightclub. These can all be reached by a short 10p bus ride. There is a bank at the LTI resort, again along the Nabq strip for exchanging money, here you will find exceptionally helpful staff and a good exchange rate! Cash machines are plentiful in Naama. Visa is recognised in the main but it can be difficult to purchase goods in some shops and restaurants. Please ask before purchasing. 24/7 and also "metro " one of the largest supermarkets have just opened. Metro even do home deliveries! Diving, snorkelling and boat trips are among popular activities in the Red Sea area but there are lots of historical sites to visit St Catherines Monastry, the oldest Monastry in the World is where the famous burning bush is and musuem of ancient religious artifacts. Luxor, Valley of the Kings, Alexandria a cruise down the fabulous Nile, Moses mountain deep in the Sinai mountains where you can climb the mountain to see the sun rise. Quad biking, go karting, camel rides across the desert, horse riding are just a few other activities you can engage in. New information for divers or potential divers all categories welcome. Our resident diving instructors on the complex, Simon and Sarah have negotiated special discounted rates for any bookings made through them. They work for a reputable company and look forward to meeting you. Situated close to the apartment, it is is a 5* diving centre. Ideal for beginners to the more experienced divers. Booking notes
Booking dates are flexible throughout the week. We require a 20% deposit at the time of booking which is non-refundable with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure. Later bookings require the amount to be paid in full prior to departure. Late deals are available periodically. Please ask at the time of enquiring. A retainer is not required but any breakages or damage within the apartment will have to be recompensed locally before your departure.

‘Hello Angie and Cos, I would just like to thankyou on everything about the holiday we had a very enjoyable time. The apartment was lovely! The weather was brilliant, lovely and hot with a warm breeze, couldn't ask for better. We visited Cairo and did a boat trip to Ras Mohamed National Park and also enjoyed more snorkelling at the Sea Club, we also went quad biking and did some horse riding in the desert at sunset an amazing experience. We met Norita and Mohamed and used their private hire service for all our travelling, they are very nice people! You are very lucky to have somewhere to visit and holiday often.
