Changeover day
Friday is ideal for changeover but is flexible. Arrival from 4pm with departure at 12pm but these are flexible

Great location for bird watching as migrating birds stop over in El Gouna for water.
Travel
Hurghada airport is a 25 minute taxi journey. Usage of a car in El Gouna is not necessary as public transport is extremely good and cheap.

Villa is within El Gouna town. Cairo is a 4 hour drive, Hurghada 25 minutes and Luxor 3 1/2 hours by car/bus.

Local town centre with numerous supermarkets, restaurants, banks, info centre, hairdressers, taxi rank, bus station, tok toks all within 5 minutes walk from villa.

I fell in love with El Gouna at first sight. The town is a very beautiful, safe environment and offers so many activities should you wish to participate but is also a great place to chill. It is a very peaceful place to spend a vacation and can boast all year round sunshine which not many places can do these days.
It also offers great value for money with top quality restaurants offering superb cuisine from all round the world at very affordable prices.
Unique benefits of the property
The villa is located in one of the best locations in El Gouna with all areas being walkable so no need for transport.
With other villas you would need to constantly getting taxis or tok toks.
