The lush green lawn with high hedges provides privacy for sun bathing, the front open terrace has its own marble bar area to enjoy alfresco eating. There is also an outdoor fresh water shower. Ideally located to the marina and Mangroovy/Zeytoona beach and only minutes walk to the many restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment area.

Outside
Separate shower in the garden for cooling down. A lovely green lawn to use for sunbathing and children playing. A marble seating area to use for light snacks. A separate large sunbed with its own parasol for relaxing. The amazing concept of this development is its own filtered sea lake, which is better than any chlorinated swimming pool.
Coast/Beach
Walking distance to both the beach and the beautiful marina, with its variety of classy restaurants overlooking the Red Sea and boutique-style shops. Further entertainment, services, shops and restaurants are offered in 'The downtown' area, the attractions include an open-pit fire.

Golf less than 15 mins walk.

The local airport is Hurghada, just 20 kilometres away. Airfares start from £149 per person. Taxis are available from Hurghada airport. Transport can be arranged at travellers own cost. Flight time is approx 5hrs from Gatwick. Flights are also available from Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham. Car rentals are unnecessary. Bus service is cheap and excellent (weekly unlimited ticket £1.50, Tok-tok 50pp).

Booking notes
Minimum rental is 1 week. Deposit of £100 is taken in advance to be refunded subject to condition of the villa on leave. Booking contract needs to be signed and the total amount to be transferred into UK bank account.

The owners are Mr. & Mrs. Noor, they used to live there but due to work commitments and much travelling, they've decided to allow other people to use the Villas as their sanctuary away from all the hassle and bustle of today's lifestyle.
