Prices from £400 per week includes check-in, cleaning and utilities. Special offers and late availability prices upon request. Private airport transfers by arrangement at approx 45 euro return for 4 guests with additional guests 10 euro pp extra.
£100 (non-refundable) deposit required at time of booking, with remaining balance payable and refundable security deposit of £100 required 6 weeks before your arrival. Bookings made within 6 weeks of travel, to be paid in full before departure.
Changeover day
Flexible change over days and short/long term rentals also considered.

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning to the living/dining room and all bedrooms.
Suitable for families, but please be aware that the house is directly on a sea lagoon and approximately 100 steps to the communal swimming pool.
Accessibility
Although not adapted for wheelchairs, it would be possible. There are two steps into the property and there is a ground floor bathroom and bedroom 3. At the rear there are 2 steps onto the pathway which is flat all the way to the pool.
Outside
Beautiful infinity communal swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrella. We have three terraces - on the ground floor we have an eating terrace with table and chairs seating 6, and a BBQ. First floor - our 'outdoor living room' with sofas and chair giving access to spectacular views across the lagoons and mountains behind. Roof terrace has a traditional day bed sofa for relaxing or sunbathing and fantastic for star gazing on at night!
Coast/Beach
It is approximately 10 minutes by car to the principle Elgouna beaches where the Red Sea and soft white sand await you. As we are on a sea water lagoon, there is a small area of beach to the rear of the house.
Golf
El Gouna's 18-hole (Par 72) championship course boasts year round golfing in a setting where players can feast their eyes on stunning views of mountains and endless water as the course challenges the strength, ingenuity, and skill of novice and professional alike. The Gene Bates and Fred Couples designed course is suitable for all - from the beginner looking to try out the game for the first time to the advanced golfer playing the tournament circuit. The course boasts three different men’s and ladies' tees, carefully placed bunkers, lagoons, and desert rough, all designed to challenge the individual at his or her own level. The Golf Club welcomes golfers of all levels; tee-off times must be reserved in advance and handicap proof is mandatory. The club offers a full range of retail products, rental equipment and driving range facilities as well as PGA tuition. For non-golfers, don't miss the weekly Golf Introduction with PGA Professionals on the driving range great value at 10 euro pp.
Special interest holidays
Elgouna provides a host of activities and has world class scuba diving, kite-surfing, quad biking, camel and horse back riding, tennis, go-karting to mention a few. There is a children's indoor soft play area and outdoor play ground with mini golf. Also of interest is Angsana Spa with a full compliment of treatments available.
Travel
From Hurghada International Airport (HRG) we are a short 25-30 minute car journey away. We can arrange private transfers as requested approx £20 each way. Luxor can be reached in 4 hours and Cairo 5 hours by car. Elgouna has a comprehensive transport system - taxis approx £1 per journey within Elgouna, tok toks approx 50p -75p, shuttle bus/boat service - £3.50 for 1 week ticket. Local companies supply rental mopeds and bikes for the but car hire not necessary.

Distances - downtown Elgouna 3-5 minutes by car 15-20 minutes walk, marina 7 - 10 minutes by car, beaches 10 minutes by car, Elgouna Golf Course 5 minutes by car.
