'Villa Yolanda' is a luxurious family villa with private heated pool (1st November to 30th April), sun deck and gardens leading to the lagoon beach and private jetty. Stunning views over lagoon and golf course. El Gouna is a resort town with shops, supermarkets, banks and all the small shops selling local crafts. World famous for water activities, scuba diving, kite surfing, water skiing etc.

Rental rates are for 1 - 6 max persons with use of the whole Villa including all electricity and water.
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible with arrival and departure where possible matching flight times.

'Villa Yolanda' is air conditioned throughout, suitable for families with young children and older guests a group of friends or couples wanting luxury, privacy and space.
Outside
Villa Yolanda stands in its own grounds with private gardens and fabulous private pool, a large pool deck area with cushioned sunbeds and parasols.
Circular bar with mini fridge and marble seating and table for al fresco dining.
Coast/Beach
Villa Yolands is on a lagoon with its own beach front and private jetty into the lagoon.
El Gouna is surrounded by beaches which are a short distance and can be reached by our local door to door transport systems.
Golf
PGA 18-hole golf course providing views from the villa across the Red Sea lagoon.
Travel
Hurghada International Airport is 20km away, (25-30 minutes by car) arrangements for your transfer to Villa Yolanda can be made for you.
A car while staying in El Gouna is not a necessity.
Distances
The nearest large town is Hurghada 20km with its old markets and new shopping malls, Hurghada is easily reached by bus or taxi and is worth a visit especially for the designer bargains.

Booking can be made using our booking form which also gives our terms of rental, a £100 deposit for each booked week is required to secure a booking with the balance due 10 weeks prior to arrival, plus a £150 refunded damage/security deposit.

Villa Yolanda is privately owned by a British couple who also live in El Gouna, we meet you on arrival and available throughout your stay. Villa Yolanda is Nubian style with Egyptian architectural features, arches, terraces. traditional domed and vaulted brick ceilings. With a stunning pool and gardens overlooking a Red Sea Lagoon El Gouna 18 hole championship Golf course beyond. Villa Yolanda is a fully equipped home, with fitted kitchen, all appliances including hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dish washer, linen, towels and pool towels are supplied. Around the pool are Sunbeds and cushions with shady areas for sunbathing and relaxing.
