One double bedroom and two twins, all with en-suite bathroom and patio or balcony. All bedrooms have large contemporary Italian wardrobes and air conditioning. The lounge has 3 sofa beds which each serve comfortably as a large single.

Ground floor en-suite with shower cubicle, basin and toilet. First floor 'bedroom 1' with shower over bath, basin and toilet. First floor 'bedroom 2' with shower cubicle, basin and toilet.
Kitchen:
Large highly specified kitchen diner with dining table and chairs. Dish washer, washing machine, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven and microwave. Full range of cutlery, crockery, glassware, bowls and utensils. Large range of spacious Italian cupboards.
Living Rooms:
Satellite TV, DVD player, i-Pod dock, Wii with 500 games. 3 sofa beds. Feature stone fireplace, glass coffee table, various side tables. Floor to ceiling picture windows looking out to garden, pool and spectacular bay view.
Other:
Large first floor sun terrace with out door dining table and chairs. The terrace takes maximum advantage of the Villa's unique setting and the spectacular view overlooking many miles of coastline along north of the Island.
Cleaning/Towels/
linen/maid service:
Pool cleaned twice weekly in high season. Bathroom towels & linen provided, beach towels not provided. Mid stay villa clean with fresh towels and linen can be provided at extra cost, but please request in advance or at welcome meeting.

About the area
Accessibility
The villa will suit couples, families, the elderly and groups but is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair use. There are a handful of steps leading up to the villa, then for those using the downstairs bedroom/bathroom there are no more steps to worry about.
Outside
The villa is set in 555mē of peace and tranquility, landscaped to fit Latchi's natural surroundings. Your main living will be in the grounds to the front of the villa which has the private pool and the view of the bay and harbour below. For those in search of a spot more seclusion, or more shade, the garden extends right round the villa. There is an area at the side for barbeque chefs!
The exterior of the property is well illuminated, and the pool has surround and under water lighting... perfect for enjoying the warmth of the evenings.
Pre dinner drinks or less formal meals can be taken on the first floor sun terrace, which takes best advantage of the view. If you're an early bird the sun rise is quite spectacular from here.
Golf
There are 3 golf courses nearby, Tsada, Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley that are within 15 - 30 minutes drive. There are a further 2 golf courses further along the island.
Skiing
If you're in Cyprus between December and the end of March you're most likely there for a spot of winter sun. But if you fancy an excursion into the hills there's a slope and ski lift at Troodos off the B6 road.
How to get there
The villa is an easy 50 minute drive from Paphos airport and flights can be relatively cheap if you book ahead.
However if you're on a budget a good insider tip would be to fly to Larnaca airport instead. The drive to the villa is an hour longer but there are more flights to choose from, and they can be a lot cheaper especially outside peak summer season.
Distances
Old Neo Chorio village is an easy stroll away, its local eateries include the fabulous, much blogged about, Kouppas Stone Castle Taverna. There's also an Aladdins Cave of a shop which will cater for all your daily needs.
Latchi Marina, 2 minutes drive down the hill, has beaches, watersports, mini-marts, bars and tavernas serving freshly caught fish.
Polis town is a 10 minute drive. A pretty pedestrianised area is packed with shops, restaurants and bars. A large supermarket is nearby.
Further Details
The stunningly beautiful Akamas Peninsula is 10 minutes drive away. Home of deep gorges, wild landscape, wide sandy bays and the legendary Baths of Aphrodite, and a must for any keen walker or mountain biker. Take leisurely strolls on nature trails or hair raising rocky mountain bike descents... there's 90 square miles of it to explore.

The service from enquiry through booking and arrival was prompt, efficient and friendly.
The villa was a real delight, beautifully appointed in a great location with view over the bay and just a short walk from a traditional village. Having seen other parts of the island we were delighted to have chosen Latchi as it had enough going on without being over-commercialised. The local contact was able to give us some good advice to help us make the most of our break

The villa is immaculate and stylish with glorious views over the bay. It's fully equipped with everything you could ask for in a self catering holiday but we preferred to explore the local tavernas which are remarkably cheap.

We had a fantastic holiday made even better by the fabulous villa and the location. We could not of had a better time. We loved Latchi and the area. We usually never go back to the same place twice but we are almost certain to book again.
About the Owner
I live in Battersea London, my Cyprus Villa is my only big indulgence which I use as a fabulous escape for my family and friends. I work in TV as a freelance so it's great to have somewhere to de-stress at short notice when I get gaps between jobs.

Why this location?
Cyprus has so much to offer but so many of its holiday areas cater to huge masses, the character's drowned out by the crowds. Latchi is still relatively unspoilt, yet it is only a 40 minute drive from Paphos. It's on the doorstep of the remote and beautiful Akamas peninsula, a nature lovers paradise, yet it offers all the essential holiday activities while still feeling unspoilt and authentic. Marina, restaurants, bars, waterposts, beaches, shops etc.
What are the unique benefits of the property?
The villa has a unique aspect that will be unspoilt forever, looking down on one of the most beautiful bays in the Mediterranean. The spectacular view can be enjoyed in complete peace and quiet from the large sun terrace, the lounge and the garden and pool area. Inside there is a very bespoke feel - marble staircase, Italian designer kitchen, 3 en-suite bathrooms, sumptuous wardrobes, sweeping picture windows all round. You can amble up to the traditional local village, Neo Chorio, with its proudly run Tavernas and an Aladdin's cave of a shop that will cater to all your needs. Or it's just just 5 minutes drive to more hustle and bustle in Latchi Marina and all its beaches and facilities.
