This executive villa, completed in October 2009, is situated on a quiet road on the outskirts of Tala Village. It has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, downstairs toilet, open plan lounge, dining room, kitchen. Outside there is a covered patio area, which has a table and 6 chairs, BBQ, and overlooks the private pool. There are also 6 loungers and 2 umbrellas. There is also a covered open garage to keep the car cool in the summer. Local shops (mini market, pharmacy) are a ten minute walk away, and Tala Square in about 3 minutes in the car.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, George Foreman grill, microwave, and between the kitchen and dining room there is a granite topped breakfast bar with 2 bright leather stools.
In the lounge area there is a 4 seater sofa and two recliners. The television setup has a UK TV box, a DVD player with many CDís, IPod/MP3 station, Nilestat. There is a computer desk and wifi (speed 512/256 Kbps) - own laptop required.
The dining room at the rear has a glass topped table and six leather chairs, with doors opening to the back garden.
Towels, linen, are provided, with a second set for the second week. Pool towels are also included.

Important notes on accommodation
The master bedroom is a large room, with twin beds. There is built in hanging wardrobes, plus shelves and drawers. There is also a chest of drawers, dressing table and chair, plus a large laundry basket. Doors lead out to a patio with stunning views across the fields to the sea at Chlorakas. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are the same size, with hanging wardrobes, plus shelves and drawers. There is a dressing table with drawers, and a portable fan.

About the area
The gardens are gravelled with paving at the rear and around the pool. The pool is 8 x 4 metres. The paved area at the rear of the pool can accommodate six loungers, two umbrellas and a small table. There is a table on the covered patio with seating for 6, also a Gas barbecue for your use. There is an open garage and drive as well as off road parking.
The Blue Flag beach at Coral Bay is about 10-15 minutes drive.
Golf at Minthis Hills, (formerly Tsada) about 15 minutes in the car. Aphrodite Hills, Secret Valley, Elea (new October 2010) are about 30 minutes away.
How to get there
Car hire is essential.
Paphos Airport - 25km.
Paphos Town - 4km.
Coral Bay - 8km.
Mini market, pharmacy, deli, all about 10 minutes walk. Internet cafe is 2-3 minutes in the car. There are many restaurants in Tala, 2 between 10-20 minutes walking, while the other are reached by car 3-5 minutes away.
Nww bowls club opened in Coral Bay 2010. Short mats bowling at Emba (5 minutes away). Archery, just opened in Tomb of Kings Road.
Payments are in £ Stirling, if you wish to pay with Euro's please contact the owner by email firstname.lastname@example.org. There is a non refundable deposit of 20% for the booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your stay along with a £200 security deposit against breakages. This is fully refundable on departure and is usually returned within a few days.
No children under five are accepted in the villa due to the light furnishings.
About the Owner
We had owned and looked after rental properties in the UK for many years and have now decided to sell up here and buy in Cyprus so that we can also get the benefit from the property.
This is why the villa has a lot of extras that we need when on holiday eg a set of mens and ladies golf clubs which you can use.

Why this location?
Tala is a lovely area so close to everything but retaining a village heart. We wanted a sea view, with the prospect that nobody could build in front of us to block the view. In Cyprus you drive on the left, there are some excellent supermarkets, and many restaurants with about 10 in Tala itself.
