Although ideal for honeymooners, it is also great for families and friends.

Important notes on accommodation
The most stunning feature of this villa is the fabulous, unobstructed view of coastline, from all rooms and levels. Sea views are not mere far-off images of sea horizon, but proper sea views - sea is so near you can see the waves. Villa includes air-conditioning in all living areas, (including kitchen = 5 in total). Steps down to pool may not make it appealing to young children or disabled persons. Pool is not gated. Terrace area to pool steps is gated. Villa has Security Alarm, a safe box, fly screens and a hairdryer in each bedroom. New 'clean air', silent Daikin AC Units + optional black-out blinds, (as well as curtains), in three bedrooms and living areas. No smoking inside villa, outside areas on terraces OK. Air-conditioning, wifi access and cable TV are included in price. There is also an Italian wood burner with natural stone surround in sitting/dining areas (very effective as well as romantic/wood provided). English housekeeping team maintain property to very high standards.

Accessibility
As there are steps to the pool it may be difficult for wheelchair users.
Outside
Outside there is barbecue area, al fresco dining table + 6 chairs on kitchen veranda with large, optional parasol, then round to frontal terrace : comfortable rattan style sofas + table, 2 occasional tables + chairs; then down to pool and sun loungers, tables, parasols, and marble table + 2 marble benches. A frontal and circulating veranda has both sun and shade at various times throughout the day, thereby suiting all guests' preferences. The private swimming pool is 10 x 5m with outdoor shower. Pool area has sun all day. There are sea views from the lowest level of villa,(= pool area, even while swimming in pool),then up to verandas, living areas and bedrooms there are panoramic sea views - villa is unique in this way. The green area to the front of the villa is mature, natural-looking and Mediterranean style, (+ fruit trees). Coast/Beach
The Corallia Beach has been awarded a blue flag and is a 3 - 5 mins drive away;( nearest beach = 3 mins drive away). It is a beautiful, sandy stretch of beach encompassed by rocky peninsula at far end. Shower facilities, toilets, sunbeds, ample car parking are to be found at this beach, but there are many other blue flag beaches to be discovered along this area of coastline (The beautiful beaches of Latchi and Akamas are a 30 min drive away).
Golf
There are 3 superb golf courses within a 45 mins drive from villa - Tsada, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills.
Special Interest Holidays
Great fishing trips and scuba diving schools, horse riding, walks for nature lovers. Ideal for bird watchers as villa is set within a part granite mountain and attracts many year long and migratory birds.

How to get there
Paphos airport is approx 10 miles away. A car is recommended.
Distances
Peyia village is close by, (20 min walk), with many local Cypriot tavernas and restaurants. Coral Bay is 5 mins drive away for the livelier traveller, with a variety of up-market restaurants. Latchi and Polis are 30 mins away with fresh fish available caught that day.
Further Details
The local village of Peyia is very quaint with winding streets, a beautiful old church and helpful, friendly locals. It has 2 banks, pharmacists, newsagents, several good supermarkets, a great bakery and other shops. A 15 mins drive away down the coast passing the historical Tombs of the Kings takes you to the quaint harbour in Paphos where there are various sites of historical interest, shops, restaurants and boutiques.
