Rates include: Air-conditioning in all bedrooms, mid stay linen and towel change (for stays of longer than one week) & a welcome grocery pack. Booking Deposit of 30% payable within 1 week of booking being confirmed. Balance payable 6 weeks before departure.

Changeover day is flexible. Arrival time is 3pm and departure time is 11am. It may be possible to stay later than this if you have an evening flight - please check with us.

Royal Paradise Villa 9 is a 3 bedroom villa with one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms (one downstairs), all of which are en-suite. All bedrooms are air conditioned. The sleeping capacity can be increased to 7 with the addition of a guest bed with mattress, suitable for adult or child.There is also a separate guest cloakroom. The large open plan kitchen and dining room seats 6, and the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, iron and ironing board. The lounge has satellite television, DVD player and portable CD player. All linen and towels are provided. There is parking space for 2 cars, and a large garden area with shaded verandas. There is also a private swimming pool complete with sun loungers, umbrellas and barbecue.

Outside
Outside in the gardens you can relax and enjoy the sunshine, go for a swim in your own large private pool or cool off under the outside shower. How about having a barbecue while watching the sun go down over the sea or enjoy a bottle of wine on the terrace?

Coast/Beach
The blue flag sandy Corallia beach at Coral Bay is only 5/6 minutes walk from the villas. Here you will find activities such as jet ski, water ski or paragliding or perhaps you would prefer to swim in the crystal clear waters or sunbathe.

Golf
Tsada Golf Club is located 550 metres above sea level so the temperature is cool for playing at any time of year. This golf club is approximately 30 minutes drive from the villas. Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills Golf Clubs are also superb courses but booking is advised.

Skiing
Royal Paradise Villas are approximately 1 hour from the Troodos Mountains of which Mount Olympus is the highest point at 6,400ft. Here you can either ski or snowboard.

 

How to get there
The nearest airport is Paphos International which is approximately 35 minutes drive along the coast.

Distances
Public transport: A regular bus service stops near the villas and this will take you into the tourist area of Paphos where you can explore the harbour, visit the Roman mosaics or simply unwind in one of the tavernas overlooking the sea. Alternatively, go to the Water Park, or the Go Karts or Crazy Golf. You can also explore the old town where you will find an excellent traditional market as well as many quality shops.

Further Details
Local shops are about 2/3 minutes walk from the villas. here you will find a supermarket, bars, and several excellent restaurants. In Coral Bay centre, which is about 10/15 minutes walk, there is a huge selection of local and international restaurants and bars, supermarkets, kiosks, taxi rank, banks, cashpoint machines and internet access.
