Changeover day
We are flexible with arrival days as there are more regular flights into Paphos. Villas must be vacated by 10am to allow a changeover to take place, unless by prior arrangement. Entry to the villa is not before 4pm to allow cleaning.
Notes on accommodation
Children are welcome, and cots, highchairs and any other specialist requirements can be arranged and paid for locally
The costs include all air conditioning, heating and running costs - unlike many others.

Accessibility
The Villas are over 2 levels, with one or two bedrooms on the ground floor - ideal for disabled access. However, the villas are accessed from steps up from the driveway. All public rooms are on the ground floor and the garden and patio are level with the groundfloor, again, suitable for wheelchairs. Access from the patio to the house is through patio doors, with no steps.
Outside
The large landscaped gardens are beautifully planted with local fauna and fruit trees and complement the stone patios and spectacular "infinity" pools. Sunbathing here is a real joy with complete privacy from neighbours. Unlike many villas, Harmony & Adonia are positioned so that the sun is on the garden and pool all day. There are sheltered areas also for those who want a break from the sun. There are sunloungers, chairs and tables. Seating outside is available in a number of areas, including dining furniture
The houses have ample covered and shaded areas, both on the large balconies and around the pool, offering a respite outdoors from the blazing sun.
A quality barbecue with full utensils offers complete cooking outdoors.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beach of Coral Bay is visible from the villa and only a 5 minute drive away. Coral Bay has lots of amenities and is lively and popular resort.
Golf
There are a number of championship golf courses within 30 minutes drive of the villa.
Skiing
Holidaying in the Winter? Cyprus is one of the few countries where it is feasible to ski in the morning and swim in the sea in the afternoon. Mount Olympus in the Trodos mountains is about 90 minutes by car.
Special interest holidays
We can offer advice on activity holidays, with diving, water-skiing, speed boats, 4WD safaris, nature trails, cycling and many other activities with easy reach.
The water park at Paphos is only 15 minutes away.
Travel
Paphos Airport is only 25 minutes from the villa, with the main resort of Paphos only 15 minutes away.
Car hire is low-cost in Cyprus and taxis are at much lower rates than most of Europe.
Distances
Peyia village centre is only a 5 minute walk. The centre of Peyia is regarded as one of the nicest villages in Cyprus with a beautiful Church, stone square and ancient ruins. It has a reasonable number of restaurants and bars, along with take-away food. The supermarkets in Peyia stock fresh produce and a great range of products. There are a several banks with cash-machines and butchers, bakers and some other shops.

Aug-10 D Cork"I have recently stayed at the Harmony Villa just outside Coral Bay, Cyprus. I stayed with my 2 teenage children and the Villa was everything we had hoped for. It is set it the hill side, close enough to amenities, but private and quite. There is everything you might need at the Villa from a dish washer to washing machine. The Villa has very fast wireless internet and Sky TV which was excellent in the evening after a tiring day of water sports. The pool is also perfect and south facing for maximum sunlight, a perfect spot for a jug of Pimms
