This immaculately presented terraced villa has an enviable position about 4 metres from the large pool in a small select quiet complex, a tranquil setting for days in the sun. Outside is a private terrace with views over the well maintained gardens and pool. Less than 100 metres to pub with food ,icecream, internet etc 5 minutes walk to bars, restaurants, bakery, takeaway and the sea. Air-conditioning/heating, ceiling fans, sunloungers and patio furniture.

Changeover day
Negotiable, the last day of your holiday is classed as changeover day, please vacate by 11 am, however we are as flexible as possible with this, depending on other guests.

Kitchen: New modern well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, toaster, fridge/ freezer, iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms: Open plan bright and spacious living room with comfortable furniture, 3 seater sofa and 2 armchairs, coffee table and cupboard with books, games etc. TV and DVD player, Dining table and chairs, Ceiling fans. French windows leading to private balcony.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen included. Not beach towels.
"Reggies" is looked after by a friendly and helpful English neighbour who will "pick up" from Paphos Airport.

Notes on accommodation
The living room and both bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and plenty of fitted cupboards, and dressing tables with mirrors and stools. Hairdryer. The villa is well cared for, we adopt a non smoking policy in the property.

Outside
Large table and 6 chairs for use outside on the very large patio. Sun umbrella and sun loungers provided. Enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the pool using the chairs and small table. There are front and rear gardens with parking space in the front garden.
The property is in a lovely quiet position very close to the pool but is only a short stroll from the King Odyseus pub for drinks, ice cream, bar meals etc. Visitors may also use the facilities and 4 other pools and garden areas in the much larger complexes or Regina 1 and 2 where the new clubhouse is due to open.

Coast/Beach
Less than 10 minute walk to the nearest sandy beach and blue sea. Excellent local sandy, safe blue flag beach, car or bus 5 minutes.

Golf
Enjoy a relaxing round of golf at the new 5 star Aphrodite Hills course, Secret Valley or Tsada courses, all in easy driving distance for the golfing enthusiast.

Skiing
Mount Olympus in the Troodos mountains provides winter skiing from Jan-end of March.

Travel
Paphos Airport is only 20 minutes from our villa. Car hire is not essential for a relaxing holiday but recommended for exploring the island. The bus service is excellent, buses arriving every 15 mins and costing 1.5 euros less for children.

Distances
Old Paphos town with a daily fresh market is a 20 minute stroll. Picturesque Harbour either 10 minutes drive or a memorable walk along the seafront for about 30 mins.
Bus service is excellent and the busstop is close to Regina Gardens.

Further details
The local attractions include a waterpark, go-karting, marine aquarium, mini-golf, reptile park and a bird park. The villa is in a quiet position, not near traffic but centrally situated to explore the Tombs of the Kings, Paphos Town and Harbour, there is a very good bus service.

Booking notes
Please telephone or email with your initial enquiry, with dates that you wish to travel. Your verbal booking will be held for 7 days, a booking form can be emailed to you, please either send a cheque or ask for bank account details. The balance must be a paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement date. A returnable deposit of £100 is also taken to ensure that the property is looked after. £35 cleaning charge.

We would like to thank you for the use of your fabulous property in Pathos- it was simply stunning.We all had a terrific time.
Excellent location within easy distance to all amenities. The standard,cleanliness and facilities were really great, we would like to book for next year.
Everything about the villa was great, we particularly liked being right by the pool and being able to sit quietly on the balcony or patio and yet be close to all amenities.
