At the Olympian Beach villas clients have unlimited use of the facilities in the nearby Elia Latchi Village. This includes sporting activities such as mini golf, use of 3 tennis courts, archery, water sports, childrens club and restaurants.

Villa includes master double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with separate shower room with toilet on upper floor and small balcony. Lower floor consists of an open plan kitchen with access to outside terrace with barbeque. A separate dining area and sunken lounge with traditional fireplace, opening onto terrace and pool, a guest toilet and shower. TV and CD player are also included. Kitchen facilites include dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, cooker, oven, freezer. Iron and ironing board are also provided. |

Notes on accommodation
Private car parking, private swimming pool, safe box, private garden wtih terrace. Residents have free access to all nearby Elia Latchi Holiday Village facilities which include restaurants, pool bars, children's facilities, health club, sports and leisure, amusements as well as animation and enterntainment programmes. All these are provided by the nearby Elia Latchi Holiday Village, ensuring 100% privacy to the residents of our villas. Optional air conditioning is also provided to all bedrooms.
Outside
There is a private garden for each villa surrounded by grass A private swimming pool with sunbeds, umbrellas and garden furniture are also provided. Each villa features BBQ facilities.
Coast/Beach
The villas are actually on to the sandy beach. There is nothing between the beach and the villa.
The public beach opposite our villas has recently been given the environmental award "The Blue Flag" by the FEEE (Foundation for Environmental Education in Europe) which stands for water quality, coastal quality, safety, services and facilities and environmental education.
Travel
Nearest airport is Paphos Airport, approximately 40 minutes drive. Car hire recommended.

Booking notes
To place a booking you will first need to contact us to check out availability at your preferred dates. Our Reservation Department will supply you with availability information and rates. Upon confirmation you will be required to pay a 10% deposit. Rest 90% is payable upon arrival to the villas.
