Kalithea Villa is a very spacious and comfortable 4 star villa in every aspect. Superbly furnished both inside and out for our guests to enjoy their stay to the full. There is a large rear terrace with ample space for a group of 8 without it feeling crowded. The rear terrace has landscaped gardens and a large private pool. There are sun loungers, pool towels and a stylish gazebo with rattan dining furniture for your relaxation and dining. A gas BBQ is also provided. Suitable for couples/groups or families. A dream 4 bedroom holiday villa perfectly positioned on a a small development in a peaceful village. The pool and terrace are bathed in sun from morning until evening and there is a gazebo with rattan furniture for outdoor dining. The leisure facilities and all indoor furnishings are of the very highest standard to ensure that our guests have a luxurious and unforgettable holiday in a homely atmosphere. The open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen are all very modern and spacious.

Outside
The very large rear terrace comfortably accommodates the 6 sunloungers, the stylish gazeebo, outdoor dining furniture and the gas BBQ. The perfect setting for any party, in particular a summer party or a wedding party!
There is an outdoor pool shower, pool towels are provided and included in the rental.

Coast/Beach
Larnaca town has several sandy beaches with sun beds, umbrellas, water sports, scuba diving, snack bars and restaurants. Other quiet beaches which are ideal for a picnic are 10 mins drive and the famous golden sands of Ayia Napa and Protaras are 40-50 mins drive. A great central location for exploring.

Golf
Approximately 1 hour drive away to Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley golf courses. Aphrodite Hills golf course is outstanding. Designed by Cabell Robinson (responsible for Valderama among others) with numerous different tees it provides a fair test for pros and club golfers alike. In the next valley is the Secret Valley golf course although slightly less prestigious is a good scenic course with a lovely clubhouse.

Skiing
Most years from mid January until the end of February skiers head off to the Troodos Mountain range which is approximately 1.5 hours drive away to enjoy skiing! Ski schools and equipment hire is available.
The amazing beauty of the Cypriot climate is that while you can go skiing up in the mountains, on the same day those who prefer to stay in the warmer climate can enjoy the very pleasant sunshine on the coast!

Travel
15km to Larnaca International Airport (15 minutes drive). 1 hr 15 minutes drive to Paphos International Airport.

Distances
The beauty of Alethriko is that while the village is so tranquil and idyllic, it is only a 2 minute drive to the main motorway and centrally placed on the island so anyone wanting to explore the many things Cyprus has to offer can do so with ease. Larnaca 15 mins, Larnaca Airport 15 mins, Nicosia 40 mins, Limassol 25 mins, Ayia Napa 40 mins, Paphos 1 hour 15 minutes, Troodos Mountains 1 hour.

Further details
Larnaca is a very cosmopolitan town offering everything you need for a fantastic holiday. It is often unappreciated by those who don’t know any better, who think it is merely home for the islands' main International Airport. Larnaca boasts a beautiful promenade lined with palm trees and pavement cafes, a marina full of multi-million pound yachts and boats, boat trips, world-wide cuisine, great shopping (Zara and Mango are here!), sandy beaches, water sports, good nightlife, history, culture and tradition. In addition to all of the things Larnaca its self has to offer it is perfectly placed on the island making it an ideal base from which to explore the rest of the island.
Kalithea Villa is 1km from the centre of the village and just a short walk to the nearest taverna-12 euros for a massive meze (big mix of grilled meats, salad and lovely Cypriot potatoes). Lots of other tavernas within 15 minutes' drive to many of the nearby villages or a 15 minute drive down the coast to Zigi or Makenzie for a fabulous fish meze. You are spoilt for choice and certainly won't go hungry!
There is a good supermarket in the village, and other larger ones 10 minutes' drive away in the next village. Mega supermarkets like Carrefour 15 minutes' drive away in Larnaca.
To enable you to start your holiday from the minute you arrive, a grocery welcome pack is available. List the items of your choice i.e. water, milk, bread, butter, cereal, fruit, eggs, fruit juice, tea, coffee, beer, wine etc. and they will be in the villa waiting for you-beers and wine will be in the fridge! Your holiday starts from the minute you arrive!
Our property manager (Angela) who is English and lives nearby will meet you at the villa on your arrival to welcome you and to hand over keys and show you around the villa. Should you require any assistance/advice during your stay Angela will be more than happy to help. Maps and guide books are provided in the villa.

Booking notes
A booking deposit of £200 for each week is required with the balance payable 8 weeks before the start of your stay.
A refundable security deposit of £200 is payable with your final payment which will be refunded within 1 week of departure.

We were excited about the villa. There are all necessary things and
facilities for relaxed and comfortable rest.
The furniture and household appliances are brand new.
There is a spacious yard with a swimming pool outside surrounded by a
fence so you are not disturbed there.
There are lovely and cheap taverns not far from the villa and it takes
you ten minutes to get to the beach by car.

About the owner
The villa is jointly owned by Steve Aston, Martin Shearwood and Pete Squire who, whilst being partners in professional businesses in the UK, decided to invest in Cyprus to enjoy family holidays in the luxury of their own home. We are all married with 2 children each and understand what we want from a holiday, and have therefore aimed at setting the high standards we desire when taking a well earned break.

This is a perfect location for a quiet get away but close enough for friendly Tavernas and only 10 minutes from the beach areas. We hope you will enjoy this peaceful and relaxing get-away together with the historic culture and fabulous climate.
