Orange Stone Villa combines very successfully relaxation and peace of mind with modern living. It is located on the edge of Kallepia village, enjoying panoramic Mountain views of the Troodos Mountain range. The surrounding area is overgrown with rich vegetation, plantations and vineyards and lends itself to beautiful walks. Kallepia is a typical semi-rural Cypriot village, with all the amenities and conveniences just a short drive away. Today the village preserves many of its old, authentic features such as the stone built houses with the large courtyards, the great number of pitchers, clay pots, earthenware jars and the stone built wine-press.

Downstairs Bedroom 3 with double bed.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to master bedroom with bath, shower and wc.
En-suite bathroom to 2nd bedroom with shower and wc.
Separate shower and wc at ground floor (for 3rd bedroom and guests).
Kitchen: The high quality italian kitchen is attractively fitted for self-catering with freezer, fridge, grill, hob, juicer, microwave, oven, toaster, washing machine. N.B. All appliances are top of the range appliances, most of them chrome or stainless steel.
Living Rooms: Upstairs the living areas are spacious and bright -the lounge & dining room lead directly to the pool area where you can sit and enjoy the amazing view! Seating: 6 x dining, 6 x lounge, 6 x terrace dining. Also see notes on accommodation below.

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning - for cooling and heating - is provided entirely by air-conditioning units which can be found in the lounge, dining room and all bedrooms. Home entertainment - the following are provided for guest enjoyment whilst at Orange Stone Villa: Playstation 3, DVD player, playing cards, stereo, TV, satellite TV. Smoking - outdoors only. Pets allowed.

Outside
Orange Stone Villa is in a wonderful location within the village, beach, sea, town and countryside all very close by. In a quiet setting with beautiful garden blooming with local flora, fragrant herbs, olive and fruit trees. Outdoors there's everything you need to enjoy relaxation Cypriot style including a private pool (6m x 3m), terrace chairs (x 6) and tables (x 2), sunbeds (x 6) BBQ and a balcony where you can take in the magnificent view! Kallepia is a picturesque village of stone cottages and whitewashed houses. It has maintained its rustic charm with local traditions and customs still in evidence but you will also find 2 tavernas, 2 coffee shops and a small food store! The local tavernas are just two minutes walking distance away from the villa!

Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are at Coral Bay and Yeroskipou plage, 14 km away. The warm clear waters at Coral Bay are ideal for swimming and enjoying a variety of water sports. Why not hire a motorboat around the bay - take snorkels and a picnic for a truly wonderful day out! Or simply relax in a taverna at Yeroskipou plage, a great spot for a fresh fish meze and to watch the sunset is it lays over the horizon in the afternoon!

Golf
The very popular 18-hole Tsada Golf Course is nearby less than 5 minutes away by car. The well organised golf club offers a variety of dishes and treats to players and guests throughout the year.

Travel
Just 30 minutes drive from Paphos airport, car hire is not absolutely essential for guests staying at The Orange Stone Villa. A car is perfectly adequate for getting from the airport and tripping around the local area but if you want to explore the Troodos or Akamas by car and visit the excellent off the road beaches this region has to offer then a 4-wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended.
