Situated in the picturesque village of Ayia Anna, Villa Anna is a large beautiful villa built in 2005 using the local stone of the area. Villa Anna is ideal for two families, with spectacular views of the mountains and is ideally placed for exploring the rest of the island and its safe local beaches. The villa is decorated to a high standard and has all the modern comforts for a relaxing holiday, including a brand new private overflow swimming pool. It is ideally suited for anyone who wants to experience Cyprus away from busy tourist areas. The local taverna serves excellent traditional Meze and is great value for money. The nearest town of Larnaca also provides cosmopolitan restaurants. The main village has its own grocery store, a cultural centre displaying traditional architecture and an ancient church dating back to 1882. In addition, Ayia Anna is centrally located for easy access to the capital of Nicosia, Limassol, many archeological sites and the mountains.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air conditioned which may be used as hot air
The villa easily accommodates 2 families. It is ideal for families with children or adults only looking for a relaxing holiday. No smoking or animals allowed.
Outside
A beautiful overflow swimming pool (5 x 12 metres) with electrically operated cover. Depth is 0.8m in shallow end and 1.5m in deep end. Barbecue, sun umbrellas, gazebo, table and chairs. 8 sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
Local beaches in Larnaca are approx 15-20 mins driving time. The best beaches can be found in the South East of the Island from Ayia Napa to Fig Tree Bay. There are good motorways and Ayia Napa is approx 40 mins car drive.
Skiing
Skiing is possible on the Troodos Mountains during the Winter months.
Special interest holidays
The area is ideal for nature lovers and walking.
How to get there
The nearest airport is Larnaca which is approx 15 minutes driving distance. Car hire is recommended.
Further details
There is a local shop which is well stocked and a taverna serving traditional Cyprus meze in the village. The taverna is excellent value for money and popular with the locals. The pool, garden and patio area ovelook the mountains with wonderful views.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £300 will be required at time of booking. In addition, a holding deposit of £300 will be required which is refunded after the holiday providing their is no damage to the property. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure. Bookings taken for incomplete weeks. Weekend bookings are also accepted but will be charged separately.

About the owner
We are a family with three children and live in the South East of England. I am English and my husband is Greek Cypriot. After many years of visiting our family in Cyprus we decided to build our own home that we could stay in on our holidays. We purchased a plot of land in the village of Ayia Anna and Villa Anna was completed in 2005. We decided to rent it out whilst we are not there so other peole could also enjoy the villa, its views and the swimming pool.
